Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,658 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/20/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The bathtub is full of dead ants photo below. The tub faucet drips when the handle is turned off & it has been tagged as such.11/20/19: Ran disposal, breaker turned off, added bleach to both toilets
11/20/19: Covers worn, brushed and flushed toilets
11/20/19: Picked up the envelope from the dining room table.
11/20/19: All fine
11/20/19: The weeds in the pavers appear to have been sprayed & are dead. The smoke detectors in the kitchen & master bedroom hallway are chirping. The landscape bushes by the front walkway need trimmed.
11/20/19: The plastic mailbox lid is broken & was laying on the ground when I arrived. The pool pump is still leaking slightly from a knob on the top. The backflow preventer on the water main is leaking slightly. The garage has a very strong musty smell which appears to be coming from the boat. A smoke detector over the master bedroom door is chirping.
11/20/19: Brushed and flushed, all clean and well
11/20/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail photo below. Watered plant inside. The garbage disposal is seized. The right side sink in the master bathroom is leaking from the trap when water is running. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
11/20/19: Dehumidifier running at 60
11/20/19: The pool cage & screens have green mildew building up on the surface photo below. The palm tree in the front landscape bed has fronds growing into the soffits photo below. Found cracks in several locations in the stucco around the house photos below. The kitchen pendant lights were on when I arrived.
11/20/19: Pulled the garbage cans out for pickup. Found the door in the guest bathroom unlocked. Unplugged the water heater. Turned the ice maker off. Found 2 of the stick on blinds in the front guest bedroom laying on the ground when I arrived, I was able to put them back up using my post it tape but not sure how long it’s going to hold see photos below. Found the ac thermostat set to 79 & moved it back down to the previous setting of 78.
11/19/19: The right side pool cage screen door has been damaged somehow, it appears to be bent and will not close properly. Brought in 7 pieces of mail photo below.
11/19/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The pool pump impeller housing is still leaking.
11/19/19: Checked battery water level & plugged the black golf cart in to charge. Brought in 1 pool service slip dated 11/14. Found the ac thermostats set to 74 & 73, I moved them both back up to the previous setting of 78. The weeds have been removed from all the landscape beds.
11/19/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail & a package left at the front door photos below. The well pump breakers were off & the water main valves were on when I arrived, i turned the breakers back off & left the water main valves on when I left. The refrigerator & freezer door seals have mildew on them which is causing excessive condensation to build up on the doors. The guest bathroom bathtub was full of dead ants again & has a very slow drain. It has been tagged as such.
11/19/19: Found mold growing on the interior of the silver Mercedes photos below. I highly recommend putting an air dryer in the car during long periods of no usage. Turned off the water heater & range breakers. Emptied the ice maker. Found the dehumidistat set to 40% & moved it up to 55%. Did not lock the deadbolt & put the plastic chain up across the driveway when I left.
11/18/19: Cleaned up gecko droppings from the dining room floor.
11/18/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The right faucet handle on master bathroom sink next to the bathtub is leaking from the top when turned on, I turned the valve off & tagged it as such. A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. The door handle is loose on the back door in the hallway.
11/18/19: The garage has a strong mildew smell.
11/18/19: Dehumidifier in the kitchen read 52.
11/18/19: Left the water main on & turned on the water heater breaker. The stain on the ceiling in the master bathroom has not changed in appearance. The mailbox has been repaired. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The The battery charger has been disconnected from the suv. A smoke detector in the guest bedroom hallway is chirping.
11/18/19: Turned the ac thermostat down to 74 & the dehumidistat down to 20%. The guest bathroom middle shower handle drips when water is running & the master bathroom sink faucet drips when turned off, they both have been tagged as such. Weeds are starting to grow in the pavers and landscape beds again.
11/14/19: Could not get water into the house, it appears to have been shut off at the meter. There is a flag by the meter box photo below. The damp rid buckets in the suv are full. Poured vinegar down the ac system condensate drain line.
11/14/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, It does not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely. Has not changed in appearance since last service call. Cranked down hurricane shutters on lanai.
