Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/16/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC 1-2 ounces
10/16/19: All’s well
10/16/19: The battery in the key fob with the purple key chain is dead, I was able to start the car with a spare set of keys in the laundry room. Started the car & let it idle during service call. A baby iguana ran into the garage as I was attempting to close it, after some scurrying I was able to get it out photo below. A smoke detector in the kitchen hallway is chirping.
10/16/19: The router was plugged in so I unplugged it, waited several minutes, then plugged it back in.
10/16/19: The pool pump is not leaking anymore. Landscape bushes at front of house need trimmed. Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such. The wood base under the mailbox is rotted and the mailbox is loose.
10/16/19: The ac system is off per homeowners request. Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
10/16/19: The wood side gate nails are loose and the gate has come unattached from the hinges.
10/16/19: Watered the 2 plants in the kitchen. Landscaping trees & bushes need to be trimmed. AC came on and is working correctly.
10/16/19: An animal is still digging large holes in the landscape beds photo below. Spa water level is at an optimal level. The master bathroom left sink has a drip leak from the trap around the drain stop area when water is running, It has been tagged and the valve shut off. Weeds are growing in the pavers on the pool lanai.
10/15/19: Watered all potted exterior plants.
10/15/19: The residence appears to have been occupied since the last service call, the garage entry door was locked, toilet seats were down & the mail on the kitchen counter has been moved off the countertop. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below.
10/15/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call.
10/15/19: The alarm system was saying warning a smoke detector is not responding. There is some browning in the lawn on the right side of the house photo below. The pool pump is still leaking. Picked up 5 pieces of fruit from the yard. Brought in several pieces of mail and left them on the counter.
10/15/19: The flag was up on the mailbox when I arrived & the neighbors outgoing mail was inside photos below. An animal has been digging in the lawn on the right side of the house. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds. The master bedroom left sink is leaking from the trap when water is running, I tried to tighten it but it still leaked. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
10/15/19: Both driver & passenger side front tires on the car appear to be slightly low photo below. The grey Toyota truck previously reported is still in the driveway photo below. The master bathroom right sink is leaking from under the sink when water is running, it has been tagged & the valves shut off. See photo below. Garbage disposal is not working, I checked the breaker panel and the reset button. It has been tagged. The palm trees have been trimmed.
10/15/19: Several rabbits are living in all the landscape beds. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 73.3% & 79.2. A smoke detector is chirping in the back right guest bedroom.
10/14/19: Humidity better, set thermostat 79, cannot free disposal
10/14/19: Ant colony in office, picture below
10/14/19: Ran shutter up and down, watered 3 trees inside
10/14/19: Ran water through fridge, dry disposal run 1second, two pieces of mail
10/14/19: Water on upon arrival, off upon departure, poured little bleach in each toilet after brush and flush
10/14/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low as previously reported. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds & pavers around the house. Landscape bushes around the house need trimmed. Guest bathroom toilet runs and possibly needs a new flapper, it has been tagged and the valve shut off. All electric hurricane shutters are down.
10/14/19: Started car, ran during inspection, poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac pipe
10/14/19: Green mildew is starting to build up on the pool cage & screens photos below.
10/14/19: Ants are coming back, not so strong as before but master bath and living room, pictures below
