Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,660 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/2/19: Batteries back in remotes12/2/19: Weeds growing in lanai pavers, picture below
12/2/19: Water on upon arrival, off upon departure,
12/2/19: Dehumidifier running at 50
12/2/19: Gutter spikes backing out right side, new type attachments with screws recommended, picture below
11/29/19: Poured 2oz of vinegar down the ac condensate drain line. The front balcony has some bat droppings photo below.
11/29/19: Barbara the new property owner was inside having an inspection performed when I arrived. The water main, lights & all the appliances were on & I was told by the inspector that he would turn it all off before he left.
11/29/19: The residence has been occupied and will need to be cleaned. Lower level readings temp 75.2 and humidity 54.5%.
11/29/19: Turned off the water heater at the switch & turned off the range at the breaker. Emptied the ice maker. Replaced full damp rid bag in the attic.
11/29/19: Checked attic space upstairs.
11/29/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. Still could not get water into the house, I checked the water meter box in the front yard to see if the valve was turned off but couldn’t locate the water valve. I poured water from the pool into the sinks & toilets to keep the traps wet. A door hanger from Brightview landscaping dated 11/21 with a message written on it was laying by the the front door when I arrived & which it appears they may know something about the water main see photos below. The damp rid buckets in the suv are full.
11/27/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, It does not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely. Has not changed in appearance since last service call.
11/27/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
11/27/19: Storage room door latch sticking and not opening. We had to pry open just a tad to get inside. Took metal jamb plate OFF and is works much better. Knob cannot pull mechanism in completely which is some of the problem as well.
11/27/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
11/27/19: Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. The yellow spots on the master bedroom ceiling have not changed in appearance.
11/27/19: Emptied & turned off the ice maker.
11/27/19: Gopher hole in front appears abandoned, water level in pool 1/3 , everything ok, picture below
11/27/19: Replaced damp rid bag in the mb closet.
11/27/19: Pool cage still off, minimal leaves in pool, water at one third skimmer port, tree trimmers on site, pictures below
11/27/19: New ornament in front, pool water level one half of skimmer port, humidity still little high, picture below
11/26/19: Brought the recycling can out for pickup. Photos of the pool cage screens below, I could not visually see any damage inside the pool around the steps photo below.
11/26/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail photo below. The pool filter housing is leaking heavily from a pipe at the bottom see photo below. Painting Unlimited was working inside the house when I arrived. Water valves to the kitchen sink are shut off. Painting unlimited were working in the half bathroom & guest bedrooms when I arrived and I could not access those areas.
11/26/19: The master bathroom toilet runs, it has been tagged as such & the valve shut off. Guest bathroom tub faucet leaks when turned off, it has been tagged as such and poses no threat unless the water main is not turned off.
11/26/19: Found 2 of the dining room sliding glass doors unlocked. Found the ac thermostat set to 76 & moved it back up to the previous setting of 78. Turned off the water heater breaker. Emptied the ice maker. Removed an undated Lawn Care Extraordinaire sign from the front yard. Brought in 1 piece of mail see photo below.
