Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/23/19: Photos of work progress below.10/23/19: The double pane glass windows on the front & back of the unit appear to have a mildew or fungus growing in between the glass panes photos below.
10/23/19: The living room tv was on when I arrived, I made sure it was turned off before I left photo below.
10/23/19: Found the switch to the driveway lights had been accidentally turned off by the Orkin rep, I turned them back on and tagged the switch photo below. Pine needles are building up on the roof & gutters. The lawnmower that was on the back patio has been removed.
10/22/19: Put a piece of waterproof gorilla tape over the hole in the siding on the lower right side of the sliding glass doors photos below.
10/22/19: Removed a truly nolen sign dated 10/17 from the front yard. The pool pump impeller housing is still leaking.
10/22/19: The alarm system is saying warning a smoke detector is not responding. The pool pump is still leaking. Picked up 14 pieces of fruit from the yard. Brought in several pieces of mail which were wet from rain again and left them on the counter. Minimal browning in the lawn on the right side of the house. Bushes on the right side of the house need trimmed & some vines are still growing in the landscape beds & covering the bushes photos below. Removed Truly Nolen sign from yard, it was damaged by rain so much I could not read the date.
10/22/19: The kitchen ceiling fan was on & the ac thermostat set to 85, I moved it back down to the previous setting of 82. Brought in 4 pieces of mail photo below.
10/22/19: Brought in 5 pieces of mail photo below. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 10/10 & 10/19.
10/22/19: Brought in 2 packages left at front door photos below.
10/21/19: Found a hole in the exterior siding on the back of the house by the sliding glass doors photo below.
10/21/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. The door handle is loose on the back door in the hallway.

10/21/19: The humidity level was high in the residence and the ac system not running when I arrived, I found both breakers to the ac system turned off photos below. I turned both breakers back on and the ac system came back on. Set up the dehumidifier to drain in the non-disposal kitchen sink. The guest bedroom ceiling fan light was on.
10/21/19: Dehumidifier reading 52. An air freshener aerosol can under the guest bathroom sink has corroded and leaked into the plastic container it was in photo below. The master bathroom sink on the right side as you walk in has low water pressure.
10/21/19: Garage humidifier read 60
10/21/19: There appears to be a roof leak coming from the master bathroom air vent photo below. A smoke detector in the guest bedroom hallway is chirping.
10/21/19: Brought in mail, no live insects
10/21/19: Numerous lizard droppings, vacuumed up. brought in Cool Today bag from front door. Turned dehumidistat to the ON position trying to get AC to cycle but AC did not come run (waited 15 minutes). I believe it needs serviced based on the high humidity and fact it did not come on. Photos below.
10/21/19: Humidifier running at 48
10/18/19: Checked the ac system which is still running correctly. It was blowing cool air & cycled on & off. Found the dehumidistat set on 40% & moved it back up to 50%. Humidity & temperature readings are 51.6% & 79.1. Photo of drywall repair, crown molding & baseboards below. The outside garage lights & the ceiling light in the living room by the drywall repair were on when I arrived, I was unable to turn off the ceiling light in the living room. Found the garage entry door unlocked. The workers are finished & have cleaned up after themselves.
10/18/19: The pool water level is still low about 1” from bottom of skimmer port. The weeds that were in the pool pavers are gone.
10/18/19: All water & lights are off. Nothing has changed since the last service call. The master & guest bathroom toilets are loose at the base, they have been tagged & the valves shut
