Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/18/19: Cleaned up gecko droppings from the dining room floor.11/18/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The right faucet handle on master bathroom sink next to the bathtub is leaking from the top when turned on, I turned the valve off & tagged it as such. A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. The door handle is loose on the back door in the hallway.
11/18/19: The garage has a strong mildew smell.
11/18/19: Dehumidifier in the kitchen read 52.
11/18/19: Left the water main on & turned on the water heater breaker. The stain on the ceiling in the master bathroom has not changed in appearance. The mailbox has been repaired. Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. The The battery charger has been disconnected from the suv. A smoke detector in the guest bedroom hallway is chirping.
11/18/19: Turned the ac thermostat down to 74 & the dehumidistat down to 20%. The guest bathroom middle shower handle drips when water is running & the master bathroom sink faucet drips when turned off, they both have been tagged as such. Weeds are starting to grow in the pavers and landscape beds again.
11/14/19: Could not get water into the house, it appears to have been shut off at the meter. There is a flag by the meter box photo below. The damp rid buckets in the suv are full. Poured vinegar down the ac system condensate drain line.
11/14/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, It does not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely. Has not changed in appearance since last service call. Cranked down hurricane shutters on lanai.
11/14/19: Found drywall dust & footprints on the front entrance hallway floor & rug photos below. No water pressure in MB bathtub.
11/14/19: A work order from Fire & Ice Heating and Air conditioning dated 11/6 was on the kitchen counter when I arrived photo below.
11/14/19: Storage room door latch sticking and not opening. We had to pry open just a tad to get inside. Took metal jamb plate OFF and is works much better. Knob cannot pull mechanism in completely which is some of the problem as well.
11/14/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
11/14/19: Cleaned up several dead cockroaches. Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. The yellow spots on the master bedroom ceiling have not changed in appearance.
11/14/19: The front door was unlocked when I arrived, Joe was inside working in the kitchen which he had blocked with plastic so I did not have access photo below. Orange spots in the upstairs closet appear to be the same.
11/14/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. A Grand Aire Services HVAC maintenance report dated 11/13 was on the kitchen counter when I arrived see photos below.
11/14/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV.
11/14/19: Poured vinegar down the ac condensate drain.
11/14/19: Found the ac thermostat set to 78 & moved it back up to the previous setting of 79.
11/14/19: The residence has been occupied and will need to be cleaned. Lower level readings temp 77.7 and humidity 53.0%.
11/13/19: Gopher has left hole in back and new hole under picture window in front, pictures below

11/13/19: Towels dry, poured vinegar down HVAC, bath dehumidifier on 45,
11/13/19: The master bathroom toilet runs, it has been tagged as such & the valve shut off. Guest bathroom tub faucet leaks when turned off, it has been tagged as such and poses no threat unless the water main is not turned off.
11/13/19: Met with Mike from FP Property Restoration and let into the residence. Photos of the master bathroom water remediation progress below which appears to only be in the toilet area. Brought in 6 pieces of mail photo below. A notice from the Charlotte County property appraisers office was on the front door photo below. Guest bathroom toilet water supply valve has a slight drip. It has been tagged and the valve shut off. All water supply valves in the house have excessive corrosion.
11/13/19: Ran disposal 1 second, filled glass from exterior fridge door, filter clean in HVAC, a few pieces of mail
