Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,612 service calls we have performed 30,219 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/15/20: Weeds & grass are growing in all the rocks.7/15/20: Connected the battery maintainer to the suv using the green extension cord from the shelf in garage. The guest bathroom bathtub hot water faucet handle drips when water is running, it has been tagged as such.
7/15/20: Vacuumed possible gecko droppings, picture below, took batteries out of remotes, humidity little high. Checked to ensure waters to unit and one above are off.
7/15/20: Brought in 11 pieces of mail see photos below. The master bathroom right side sink has a slow drain, I have tagged it as such. Both ac air filters are dirty & need to be replaced size 20x20x1 photos below. Visual check of the boat photo below. Watered the plants on the lanai.
7/15/20: Interior clean, no problems observed, bit warm but humidity okay
7/15/20: Interior clean, no problems observed, poured bleach in HVAC evac tube, front temperature 85.1 humidity 50.3
7/15/20: The pool water level was slightly low at 1/3 the skimmer port when I arrived, I ran the garden hose in it during the entire service call to help bring the water level up. Brought in 6 pieces of mail see photo below. Visual check of the boat photo below. The ceiling fan in the kitchen is on. Made sure to use the water main with the green handles only.
7/15/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity very good, no problems observed, picture landscaping
7/15/20: Landscaping bushes have been trimmed around the entire house see photos below. There was another pile of fresh cut grass laying at the end of the driveway again see photo below. Weeds are starting to grow in the landscape beds & pavers in the back yard again. Visual check of the boat photo below. Construction on the vacant lot next door has started for the new dock photo below.
7/15/20: Interior good, humidity good, no problems observed
7/15/20: Exterior good, interior also good, humidity good, no problems observed
7/15/20: Watered all exterior potted plants. Valves are off on all toilets, I turned them on then back off to flush them. Mini fridge on lanai is off, can not find any tripped breakers or gfi’s.
7/15/20: Exterior good, interior mostly clean, 2 cinch worms disposed of, turned water on/off to toilets, flushed and brushed, no problems observed
7/15/20: Did not turn on the master bathroom shower per client.
7/15/20: Exterior good, interior clean, changed out 2 damp rid bags? No problems observed
7/15/20: Removed an undated tru green sign from the front yard. Landscape bushes on the left & right side of the house need to be trimmed see photos below. Mini fridge on lanai is on & cold.
7/15/20: Exterior good except many spider webs on 3 sides, picture below, interior clean, no problems observed
7/15/20: Exterior good, interior 1 dead bug disposed of, removed batteries from remote, flipped breaker off for HW, no other problems observed, pictures below
7/15/20: Humidity level has been down to an acceptable level of under 60% since making recent adjustments. Will continue to monitor closely. Checked all wood floors throughly. Have not seen any ants or bugs, bait stations appear to be working well.
7/15/20: The lawn has excessive browning throughout see photos below. Brought in 1 package that was left by the front door see photo below. Turned off the waterfall on the pool see photo below. Turned the irrigation timer back on. Poured a capful of bleach into each toilet.
7/15/20: Brought in 1 piece of mail with some junk mail photo below. The lawn needs to be cut again & the pool is clean. The well pump breakers were off & the water main valves were on when I arrived, i turned the breakers back off & left the water main valves on when I left.
7/14/20: Unit clean, humidity good, dehumidifier running at 40, no problems observed
7/14/20: Interior clean, tree losing less leaves, did water this inspection, humidity good, no other problems observed. Picture below
7/14/20: Went back to check the ac which has already dropped several degrees from 85 to 82 since leaving the first time. Closing the shutters has seemed to work. It already feels nice & cool again & the air was coming out of the vents at 64.2 which is good.
7/14/20: Exterior good interior clean, humidity good, all clean and well
