Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,661 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/24/20: The pool water level is back to an optimal level of half the skimmer port. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 4/14 & 4/21. Wine cooler in kitchen was on & cold. The water main handle is corroded and is slightly leaking when turned on.4/24/20: The wood beam going across the front of the house is rotting. The accent wall on the front of the house has paint starting to peel. The palm tree on the left front corner of the house has fronds growing into the soffits.
4/23/20: The bucket on the dehumidifier in the storage was full & the dehumidifier had auto shut off, I found the drain hose clogged with algae and cleared it see photo below. Both downstairs & upstairs humidity levels were still slightly high when I arrived, I lowered both thermostats again to 77 to help mitigate the high humidity levels.
4/23/20: Replaced the batteries & set the ac thermostat to 79. Started the car, idled during service call.
4/23/20: Watered the plants in the kitchen.
4/23/20: Ran shutters up & down. A smoke detector in the foyer is chirping. Watered the plants on the lanai. Water is off at 2004.
4/23/20: Brought in 1 package & 1 piece from the mailbox see photos below.
4/23/20: Ran water thru fridge door. Drained water from system after water was turned off.
4/23/20: Emptied & turned off the ice maker. Turned off breaker to the range. The humidity level was high inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered the ac thermostat to 77 to help mitigate the high humidity level. Started the car it idled during the service call, air dryer not connected.
4/22/20: Turned off the breaker to the range. Found the handle on the exterior garage door unlocked. Visual check of the boat.
4/22/20: The mini fridge on the lanai was on & reading 36. Watered all potted exterior plants.
4/22/20: The new mailbox appears to have been hit by something which broke it off of the bolts holding it onto the post & is now loose & wobbly on the post see photos below. Brought in 2 pieces of mail photo below. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 4/9 & 4/16. Humidity levels inside the residence are back down so I moved both thermostats up to 77. I made sure to shut off the water main to the house only before leaving.
4/22/20: The residence felt warm & the humidity level was slightly high inside when I arrived, I found the fan on the ac thermostat set to on & changed it to the correct setting of auto which should help mitigate the slightly high humidity level. Irrigation flags have been placed in all the landscape beds see photos below. The weeds in the landscape beds appear to have been sprayed & are dying.
4/22/20: Ceiling fans are on in the guest bedrooms. Mini fridge in the kitchen & on the lanai were both on & cold.
4/22/20: Brought in 2 pieces of mail photo below. Dead ants were in both bathtubs. The master bathroom bathtub has low water pressure, it has been tagged as such. A lamp in the living room is on. The well pump breakers were off & the water main valves were on when I arrived, i turned the breakers back off & left the water main valves on when I left.
4/22/20: Found & what appears to be several mouse droppings on the kitchen counter & one on the kitchen floor by the dishwasher see photos below.
4/22/20: The guest bathroom hot water shower handle drips when water is running, it has been tagged as such.
4/21/20: Water on upon arrival off upon departure, moved dehumidistat back 55 as humidity is a little high, added bleach to toilets, turned breaker on for disposal ran 3 seconds turned breaker off
4/21/20: Wore booties
4/21/20: Removed batteries from remote in guest bedroom
4/21/20: Fans running living area and guest bedroom, Removed batteries from remotes in living room and guest bedroom. Food left in fridge may need removed or put in freezer. Shut water heater off at breaker
4/21/20: Fan running in living room only
4/21/20: Ant colony starting by garage door front, photo below
4/21/20: Fixed lock on patio door.
4/21/20: Locked door between garage and home. Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube. Dehumidifier running guest bath @40. Window sills dry.
