Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,612 service calls we have performed 30,219 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/21/20: Exterior good except for spiders nesting, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube, humidity good, no problems observed7/21/20: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. Removed batteries from remotes.
7/21/20: Requested photos of the front of the house below. The pool water level was slightly low again when I arrived, I ran the hose in it during the entire service call to help bring up the water level. Both pool cage doors are locked.
7/21/20: Garbage cans were already brought up when I arrived. All landscape bushes have been trimmed see photos below. All storm shutters are up. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate drain line.
7/21/20: Exterior: spiders along gutters, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean, no problems observed
7/21/20: Turned off the breaker to the water heater. Found the master bedroom sliding glass doors unlocked. Visual check of the red mustang in the driveway. Visual check of shed in back yard.
7/21/20: Exterior good, pool under way, interior clean, added bleach to toilets, poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube, humidity good, no problems observed

7/21/20: Exterior bushes and trees need trimmed, pictures below of front, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed
7/21/20: Replaced the rear exterior light bulb with a new GU24 soft white light bulb per client photo of new bulb below. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds.
7/21/20: Steve has not repaired the hanging piece of soffit yet. Checked all damp rid bags & air fresheners. Checked all light timers. No mailbox.
7/21/20: The kitchen sink faucet is leaking from underneath the counter when water is running only, I shut the valves off & tagged it as such. Did not run the shower in the master bathroom due to potential leak going through wall.
7/20/20: The ac air filter is dirty & needs replaced size 18x24x1. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds. Turned water main off to the house only.
7/20/20: The mailbox has been replaced. Lawn company arrived to cut the grass while I was leaving. The fish pond looks clean & the water is at a good level photo below.
7/20/20: Exterior good, pool clean water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean, ran shutter up and down, humidity good, no problems observed
7/20/20: Cleaned the dehumidifier filter. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds see photo below. Photo of pool below. Watered the plant next to the front door on the inside. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet.

7/20/20: Exterior good, just mowed, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, numerous weeds in pavers, interior clean, no problems observed, pictures below
7/20/20: Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds. Sticks & branches are building up on the roof & gutters from the oak trees on the right side of the house. The guest bathroom sink leaks from the trap at the drain stop connection when water is running, I tried tightening the drain stop but it continued to leak. I shut the valves off & tagged it as such. The damp rid bags in the closets are full.
7/20/20: Removed an undated pesticide sign from the front yard. The guest bathroom toilet runs, the valve is shut off & it is tagged as such. I turn the valve on to flush it then turn it back off. The master bathroom shower light switch is broken.
7/20/20: Exterior bushes need trimmed all around, pictures below, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed pool clean water level 1/2 skimmer port

7/20/20: The lawn appears to have been mowed recently but is already starting to get high again. All previously collected mail has been removed from the kitchen counter. Weeds & grass are growing in the landscape beds. The guest bathroom sink leaks from underneath when water is running only, I shut the valves off & tagged it as such. Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate drain line. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Checked all damp rid buckets.
