Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,841 service calls we have performed 30,379 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/11/20: The humidity level was slightly over the acceptable level of 60% inside the residence, I lowered the ac thermostat to 75 to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Condensation on bottom of air handler in garage. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 63.5% & 84.7. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool water auto leveler.8/11/20: Interior clean, humidity very good, no problems observed
8/11/20: Checked all damp rid bags. The pool filter canister cover was leaking from two locations when I arrived & there is some debris on the bottom of the pool see photos below. Watered the 2 plants by the front door on the inside which appear to be healthy see photo below.
8/11/20: Weeds and vines are growing in the landscape beds see photo below. There appears to be a broken irrigation line washing out on the back right corner of the house which may be getting worse see photos below. Brought in several pieces of mail & sent several pieces of mail out. Visual check of the boat photo below. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
8/10/20: Exterior good, interior humidity good, dehumidifier running at 48, no problems observed
8/10/20: Exterior good, interior clean, dehumidifier running at 55 but no water from end of hose, humidity little high, lowered de humidistat to 50 , unit came on, no other problems observed
8/10/20: Exterior good, bushes in need of trim, interior clean, no problems observed
8/10/20: Exterior good, pool clean but water level 1/3 of skimmer port, ran water during inspection, interior good, no problems observed

8/10/20: Started car let idle during service call. No weeds to speak of in the landscaping. The left front corner has some sort of over spray (white droplets) from construction next door. Can be brushed off with a bit of water and light scrubbing, photos below.
8/10/20: Exterior good, some weeds in pavers, pool clean and water level about 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed

8/10/20: Wine cooler in kitchen reads 62, and the cooler in utility room reads 73°. Lights are coming down on lanai, photo below.

8/10/20: Weeds growing in pavers. Garage attic no evidence of pests. Damage to pool cage screens where palm trees ripped thru, photo below.

8/10/20: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. Poured a few ounces of bleach in each toilet
8/10/20: Exterior good, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube and then cup of water, humidity good, no problems observed
8/10/20: Pool pump drawing from bottom center drain, skimmer is off, per pool service tech.
8/7/20: Water appears to be shut off. Could not run water in the house, there was no water pressure when I arrived. The old alarm keypad was beeping when I arrived, I was able to shut it off using the code provided. The humidity level was high inside the residence when I arrived, I lowered both thermostats to 77 & the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate the high humidity level. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly.
8/7/20: Brought in 1 package & a large stack of mail see photos below. Ran mesh storm shutters up & down. Vines, weeds & grass are starting to grow in the landscape beds see photos below. The landscape bushes on the left side of the house may need to be trimmed soon photo below.
