Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,441 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/9/20: Sprayed several active wasp nest on the soffits on the back of the house. Weeds are growing in the pavers & landscape beds. The guest bathroom bathtub hot water faucet handle drips when water is running, it has been tagged as such.9/9/20: Covered the coffee pot with a garbage bag & left it for URI on the back porch next to the back door see photos below. Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door see photo below.
9/9/20: Poured water down the guest bathroom toilet that’s shut off using a mop bucket to flush it to keep the trap from drying out.
9/9/20: Visually checked all pictures on the walls.
9/8/20: Exterior good, newly mowed, pool clean and water level 2/3 skimmer port, plants appear ok, interior clean, someone has been here possibly cleaning people? Humidity good, ran shutter up and down, all is good
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity very good,
9/8/20: The front door is extremely hard to open & close. Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. The master bathroom toilet has a crack in the bowl on the top of the right side.
9/8/20: Exterior good, Bug Company working, interior clean, humidity very good, watered trees, shutter up and down, added splash bleach to toilets. No problems observed, pictures below
9/8/20: The pool pump was running & the water spigot on the side of the pool pump was dripping when I arrived, it would not stop dripping when I tightened the handle see photo below. The dehumidifier in the garage was off when I arrived, I found the power was off at the special attachment on the plug & turned it back on. Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door & a business card that was left in the mailbox see photos below. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 45 and water was draining from the hose. Mini fridge in the kitchen was on & cold. Used company issued booties inside.
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, added bleach to toilets
9/8/20: Raised the storm shutters for the pressure washers. Started the car & let it idle during the service call. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 34.
9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level good, interior clean , wine cooler in kitchen 62, cooler In utility reads 72. Humidity very good, no problems observed,
9/8/20: Both toilets are now leaking from between the tank & the bowl when being flushed, I fill a bucket with water to flush them to keep the traps from drying out. The nuts on both tanks appear to already be tight when I checked them. I shut the valves off & tagged them as such. The stain on the ceiling in the den has not changed in appearance, will continue to monitor closely. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40.
9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior clean, attic clean, green lights charger, humidity good, no problems observed, pictures below
9/8/20: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Garage #9528 observations- Humidity & temperature readings were 57.0% & 84.5. Dehumidifier read 58. Refrigerator off doors open.
9/8/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level to top of skimmer port, Downspout out has been run over? Interior clean, no problems observed,
9/8/20: A smoke detector in the utility closet hallway was chirping when I arrived, I replaced the battery with one new 9v and tested the smoke detector before leaving. Checked damp rid bag in master bedroom closet. The stain on the guest bathroom ceiling has not changed in appearance, will continue to monitor closely. The toilet in the office bathroom runs, the valve is off & it is tagged as such. I fill a mop bucket with water to flush it.
9/8/20: Exterior good, just mowed, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed, humidity also good, picture below
9/8/20: Both batteries for the garage door keypad were dead & I couldn’t open the garage door when I arrived, I replaced the battery with 1 new 9v battery which allowed me to open the garage door. The stain on the master bedroom ceiling over the right side window has not changed in appearance, will continue to monitor closely. Did not flush any toilets. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 50%. Dehumidifier in bathroom read 52%. Watered the 5 plants on the lanai.
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed

9/8/20: Ran storm shutters up & down. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 52. Watered the plant in the kitchen & rotated it.
9/8/20: Exterior good, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, changed batteries in front door, no problems observed
9/8/20: The ac appeared to be working correctly, I raised the ac thermostat to 76 as the humidity level was back down inside the residence. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Removed the lock box from the side door. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 60.6% & 87.2. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool water auto leveler.
