Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,278 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/02/14: Left side of home ground still very saturated at 1pm with 10+ mph winds and sun. Sprinkler system may need to be cut back. Changed blind direction on right side of home and in master bedroom so less sunlight is hitting the carpet in the afternoon.11/25/14: AC stand and piping finally dry enough to work on. Several ant hills in yard. NICE lemons on the lemon tree!!! Gotta get down here for a week to enjoy them and the nice weather!!
11/25/14: Door between garage and home was not locked. Key is in key box. Photos of well equipment paid sent via email.
11/25/14: So much mail in box some mail pushed to the back and wadded up. Took two hand to carry it all inside. Alarm went off between the time it took me to open side door and place the mail on chair inside garage door and going to my car to retrieve my tablet, light and meter. NEVER touched the fob is there a motion detector in the garage that I was not made aware of? Some kind of growth or dirt found on bar stools and in crevasses of living room furniture. Refrigerator still has moisture around seals, at bottom and ext ice access area. Interior humidity levels still running high. As instructed leaving keys at neighbors.
11/18/14: Screen in lanai door damaged. Other lanai door not latched. (Photos by email)
11/18/14: AC Heat turned off at breakers. Sliding glass door blind in living room and master bedroom open, we closed. Key in entry door from garage to home.
11/18/14: Lanai screen door not latched. 147 lb piece of boxed furniture on front stoop under cover. Brought in 2 pieces of mail. Water was on upon arrival off upon leaving property.
11/18/14: Water main to home was on upon our arrival, turned off when we left. Breaker was on for oven, turned off at breaker as previously requested.
11/18/14: Water on, water heater on.
11/11/14: The car battery was not strong enough to star the car this inspection.
11/11/14: Brought in 2 - 2015 United Healthcare booklets from between front doors.
11/11/14: Air filter sizes: 2 @ 10x10x1; 12x12x1; 14x14x1; 18x30x1
11/11/14: Brought yellow recycling tub into garage as per Larry.
11/11/14: Water pressure at main valve good. Slight mold in guest toilet, cleaned.
11/11/14: pool fountain running, boat no longer at dock.
11/04/14: Boat at dock plugged into dock power. In all our inspections to date I have yet to hear or see the pool pump run.
11/04/14: Turned water heater and refrigerator on at circuit breakers at client's request. Water left on as well.
11/04/14: Brought in 2 phone books from front door stoop.
10/28/14: Mold starting on gaskets of fridge could be a result of over heated kitchen. Photos via email. Cleaned as best I could but need a mold/mildew remover which if here I did not find.
10/28/14: Tree trimmed and palm fronds removed looks nice. Photos by email.
10/28/14: Crack in wall next to electrical panel. Emailed photos of well equipment. Placed key in lock box. Put filters on counter.
10/28/14: No water pressure in the condo at all, water valve is turned completely open. Received busy signal on main line called cell and left a message.
10/28/14: Gwen came over to ensure it was us in the home, Travis alerted her of our presence. Boat still plugged into electric at dock.
10/28/14: Met Sears here at above time, then Rooms To Go and the annual fire extinguisher inspection company as well. Many imperfections in bedroom furniture, living room chair has scrape on arm and is very dirty. 2 dining chairs have chip and imperfections. Photos and explanation by email later today or in the morning. RTG left at 11:25am I cleaned up after and left at 11:40am.
