Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,278 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

03/24/15: Brought in mail, water was on and lots of palm fronds in yard and collected at garage side of yard. One car missing from garage.3/24/15: TV was on in den. Gutter still separated at right corner of the garage.
03/17/15: Watered plants on front stoop. Ran water the entire time of inspection in master bath and guest bath. master bath smell was very poignant.guest bath did not have a smell.
3/17/15: No word from the window company as of yet.
3/17/15: front entry door deadbolt was not locked. master bedroom slider was not locked. Pool has debris floating and sunk not uncommon for open pools. brought in mail from box.
03/17/15: No problems in garage. Ran water in all sinks/tubs/shower during the entire inspection. Water quite poignant.
3/10/15: Sliding glass door was unlocked. Down spot sleeve right side of garage missing photo emailed.
3/10/15: Guest bath toilet very moldy cleaned with only solution I could find the Lysol all purpose cleaner under kitchen sink.
03/10/15: Garage door remote also opens 9946.
03/03/15: Watered plants at door. Ran master bath shower, tub and one sink the entire time here (20 minutes)I noticed absolutely no smell. Gate on garage side was open found during walk around property.
3/3/15: Garage side door was unlocked, water was on off upon leaving. Ran SUV entire time here. No water sitting on lanai tile.
03/03/15: Slight rust developing where sink meets counter top. Garage was normal.
02/24/15: Water main on upon arrival, turned off when leaving as per original discussion. Guest bath toilet lever would not flush toilet. No water in third bath (pool bath). Brought in mail.
02/17/15: Garage and car normal. Condo normal no issues.
2/10/15: Al and contractor working in garage upon arrival. Master bath vent fan was on, turned off.
2/10/15: Water and water heater arr on, toilet bowls cleaned.
02/03/15: Mold growing ar water line in guest toilet - cleaned.
02/03/15: Watered plants next to front door. Screen door on lanai (right side) has broken latch mechanism, wind could catch it.
2/3/15: Water was on upon our arrival - we turned off upon leaving.
02/03/15: Light on car battery charger was as green
01/27/15: Brought in mail from box.
1/27/15: Brought in several pieces of mail. Painters were here and using neighbors water so I showed them where to turn water on and left the water ON for them with the understanding they were to shut it off when they leave
1/27/15: Certified mail slip in front door photos sent by email. Left the notice on kitchen bar.
01/27/15: Started car.
01/20/15: Front planter very dry watered. Shut range off at breaker, had one automatically start self cleaning cycle this summer and nearly burnt down their home.
