Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,169 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/21/15: Suaved masterbath toilet.7/21/15: Removed the bottom plate from garbage disposal to see if I could find a place to try to free the disposal blades. I can see no way to do this without removing the entire disposal.
7/20/15: Weeds in pavers in pool area and drive. Bushes appear to be trimmed and weeds treated. Live ants on lanai but only garage/outside sink side.
7/20/15: Pool has lots of debris on bottom an floating on top. Many weeds even since last inspection's spraying. Also sprayed driveway weeds. Ice still building around ice shoot, may be gasket leak causing condensation which then freezes.
7/20/15: Weeds still in pavers and drive. Pool over filled almost to pavers lip and thousands of bugs (ants) on the top of the water but found no evidence of live ants on t h e lanai.
7/20/15: Lawn needs mowing. Weeds growing worse in stones and landscaping.
7/20/15: Many dead ants in every room, larger carpenter style ants, swept them up. Weeds getting high between fences and dead spot of grass where u removed concrete from drive.

7/20/15: Ran sprinkler system.
7/14/15: Many weeds in landscaping, picked up two bottle rocket sticks in yard, brought in one piece of mail, AC not working (running but not working)
7/14/15: Water main was on upon arrival, off when we left. Refrigerator error code said not cooling, all items spoiled, photos to be sent.
7/14/15: Suaved both toilets.
7/14/15: Met Active tech at 8:50 so he could install final pieces and take old shutters. He thought he would be done by 11am. He was beginning to load shutters at 11am. Emailing photos of dry spots in yard. Was on property until 11:30am.
7/14/15: Pool is overfilled, nearly an inch over the top of the skimmer opening. Quite a few weeds in landscaping, some on lanai, side courtyards and driveway pavers.
7/14/15: Brought in pest control yard sign dated 7/10/15.
7/14/15: Garage fine. Ran water in all faucets entire inspection. Leaving water main on per clients request. Suaved both toilets.
7/14/15: Met with electrician to get quote on "hard wiring" 4 fans and dining room light.
7/13/15: Water main on, A/C set and reading 74, humidistat off, water valve on water heater on at breaker and water heater valve closed. Called client and recieved permission to set all items to regular away settings.
7/13/15: Freshly dug hole in front landscaping just to the left of livingroom window. Photos to be sent.
7/13/15: Garage pantry entry door was open.
7/13/15: Suaved masterbath toilet.

7/13/15: 1 round worm found.Sude lawn has dry spots and an animal/ pest has been digging, photos to be sent.
