Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,080 service calls we have performed 28,968 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/15/15: Found one live red worm in guest room and one dead in hall, disposed of them.9/15/15: Garage fine. Ran water entire inspection.
9/14/15: Brought in several pieces of junk mail. Live ants by the thousands all over lanai. More dead ants in the home than last inspection especially in front door entrance way. Saw several live ants in the home in front entrance, not hundreds but at least 25. Swept up what I could see, but I am positive many behind furnitur, on/in carpet etc. I suggest an in home treatment by Truley Nolen.
9/14/15: Pulled a few weeds arround home, nothing iver whelming. Pulled Hughes lawn serv sign from yard.
9/14/15: Lanai still over grown with weeds.
9/14/15: Trees are full of fruit out back, you need to come down to harvest :)
9/14/15: Set humidistat to 55% from 60% to help bring down humidity in home. Barn hing on side wood gate broken needs repaired/replaced. Door will not close, lawn or pool company had propped closed with wood fence slat.
9/14/15: Suaved master bath toilet. I am concerned about high humidity that AC may not be cooling enough or frequently enough. Found slight mold on back of laundry pocket door.
9/14/15: Refrigerator/freezer not working please call 941.979.2794
9/14/15: Tested sprinkler system. Brought in mail from Travis Ehrnsberger, North Port. Pool level low but still acceptable (within 1/2" of bottom of skimmer port)
9/9/15: AC drain tube blocked backing water up into garage and making everything under the inside unit wet. Called client, she scheduled appoint. for Four Seasons AC to repair. Lanai/pool area has weeds growing in cracks.
9/9/15: Very wet ac side of home sent photos. Water leak or just poir drainage?
9/9/15: Lanai enclosure work in progress will email photos. Grass appears to be a bit thin as if not enough rain?
9/9/15: Sprayed another 1/4 gal. weed killer (NC). Plastic corrosive pale left at end of drive by poil company I assume. Wasn't sure how corrosive didn't want to transport without bagging so i took one gargae bag so i could take it to my garbage at home.
9/9/15: Brought in pest control sighn dated 9/4. Brought in FP&L notice with time sensitive message, will send email photo.
9/9/15: Kitchen sink faucet across from fridge has a small leak
9/9/15: One dead plant in front sending phot. Weeds groung in cracks of new pavera (not too many not too bad).
9/8/15: Brought in mail, recycle bin, box with rocker in it and set a/c to 78 per client
9/8/15: Pool cage starting to mildew. Will need power washed.
9/8/15: TV on in den - turned off. Exterior light fixtures replaced, old fixtures on lani.
9/8/15: Masterbath toilet seat mildewed, cleaned.
9/8/15: Radio on in Stephens room. shut off.Suaved downstairs guest toilet, mildew at water line.
9/1/15: Another high humidity reading during this inspection I'm not sure if the air conditioning is working properly we shouldn't be reading so high humidity level. I placed my handheld temperature meter in front of 1 of the vents and the temperature is dropping considerably so it could be that the thermostat needs to be adjusted to run more frequently please advise.
9/1/15: I checked mail only found one piece of mail no packages I ran the car for the entire time we were doing the inspection and rain water and all the sinks while we were doing the inspection.
9/1/15: The entire time that I was doing the inspection I did a little test and one bathroom it was all cold water and the other bathroom all hot water, the hot water smells so much worse than the cold water. I think smell is attributed to the hot water tank and I noticed that the hot water tank is on, we may think about shutting off. I will definitely only run hot water in all faucets when I come back next inspectio.
