Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,682 service calls we have performed 28,281 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/29/15: Sauved upstairs toilet had mold at the waterline6/29/15: Cleaned guest toilet mold at waterline.
6/23/15: rot several home fron to the road for pickup. lanai has several weeds growing on it tried to pull but just break off should be shot with some roundup
6/23/15: Water too low in pool for skimmer, filled all the time of inspection. Relatched front hurricane shutter. Still not to skimmer so left running went to do another close by inspection will return to shut water off.
6/23/15: Brought half a dozen palm fronds to the road for pickup.
6/23/15: Garage check, fine. Suaved both toilets slight mold at waterline. Plastic soap dish in shower and towel hanger behind entry door in master bath fell to the floor
6/23/15: Found mold growing on inside edges of fridge, see photos sent (cleaned). Garage check fine.
6/23/15: Suaved both toilets. Garage fine the battery charger in the van and the dehumidifier or
6/23/15: Humidity may be higher than normal as realtor and assistant put furniture on lanai, doors were open for awhile. Met realtor at 12:25 at elevatorGarbage disposal has power but does not work. No reset button but bolted plate on bottom not sure if taking this off would expose, do not have wrenches with me.
6/23/15: Checked garage. Ran water during entire inspection.
6/23/15: Trim in bathroom actually has bubbles/buildup that I can scrape off, should be replaced. MB window sill had particles on it, wiped clean will check next time. MB 34%/82 deg LR 34%/79 deg. Ran car.
6/22/15: Brought in some junk mail from box. Lots of dead ants on the lanai but not one live ant that I could see. Pavers have weeds growing in them. Photos sent.
6/22/15: Sprayed driveway, lanai and lanscape with Roundup. Ice build up in ice shoot, ice maker switch off. Turned bottom two water valves off below kirltchen sink and also valve top on RO system tank. This should prevent ice buildup in fridge.
6/22/15: Many weeds in pavers on lanai/pool area.
6/22/15: Tree outfront needs trimming, touching rough, good bridge for insects. Pool cage is growing mold needs cleaned. Photos sent of both.
6/22/15: Suaved guest bathroom toilet.
6/22/15: Signs of a trapped gecko, a great amount of droppings collexted and flushed. Side burnt bushes showing green signs of life, remarkable.
6/22/15: Brought in Hughes pest control yard treatment sign. Ran sprinklers.
6/16/15: Zero ants in front room, however had many many dead insects in master bath that i swept up.
6/16/15: Carpenter ants prevelant on base exterior of home. Contact pest control company to inform them fto be prepared next treatment date.
6/16/15: Thermostat set to 85, called client and then set to 79 per client.
6/16/15: Tried tapping ceiling to find ceiling joists too solid for drywall.
6/16/15: Sending photo of condition of sickly new tree.
6/16/15: A great deal of small debris (leaves, small branches) in the yard from yesterday's very large storm. Photos sent. Some damage to pool screen door.
6/15/15: Front lawn partially removed and prepared for new sod.
