Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,364 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

08/19/14: Screen on cage torn (photo to be sent via email). Many weeds thru pavers on lanai, found the dresser knob in drawer, put it on. Key box opened but screwdriver too large, took with me to change. Will install next inspection.
08/19/14: Someone is letting dogs leave their business in corner of your lot, standing facing your house from mail box right corner.
08/19/14: FB 63% 88deg LR 64% 88deg MB 68% 84deg set the humidistat at 50%. It was so WARM in your unit that I waited for the A/C to come to ensure it was blowing cold air before we left.
08/19/14: Hole near seawall appears to be no larger than before.
08/12/14: No ants seen
08/12/14: Swept foyer, corners and sills, had many dead bugs from spiders to ants. Found sand or possibly saw dust (not as likely as sand) at back slider, swept it as well (photo to be emailed). Sand indicates ants, saw dust termites. Next inspection I will be sure to check this again.
08/12/14: Tree trimmings still on plants out front, if not removed may begin to kill plants. Unplugged TV in den.
08/12/14: Stain on utility room ceiling has not gotten any bigger, this could be a past stain coming to the surface of the paint. Landscape company was trimming trees and bushes, very nice.
8/12/14: Master bath toilet had mold growing at waterline in bowl, cleaned it. One dead cockroach in foyer.
08/12/14: Edge around pond is very high, pest control on 8/6/14 brought in sign. Shower wand head broke when I ran the shower in master bath, plastic probably became brittle from age.
08/12/14: ant activity still on lanai but not to the volume of last time, ants in home only on two window sills - master bedroom guest bath window. swept corners sills and sinks.
08/05/14: Special off route inspection and wait for mattress delivery. Refrigerator opening 35x72. size of current fridge 21.6 cu ft.
08/05/14: Hole next to seawall does not appear to be any larger
08/05/14: Quite a few bug legs on floors since I last swept, I swept again today.
08/05/14: Sofa's have just a few spots on them but nothing large, velor material gives perception of discoloration which in some lighting can appear to be dirt. Light on fridge for water filter has been reset.
08/05/14: 5 palm fronds in yard set to curb, 5 circuit breakers tripped, pool is over filled probably due to rain water, landscaping has several large weeds should be pulled
08/05/14: Humidity meters: MB 71%/79 LR 65%/82 FB 67%/81
07/29/14: No ants on kitchen counter
07/29/14: TV was on?? All doors& windows locked no one appeared to have gained access. Trees trimmed but scraps left behind, photos to be emailed.
07/29/14: Water spot on ceiling in utility room is no different in size or color since last inspection.
07/29/14: there is ant infestation on the lanai. Hundreds if not thousands. Many ants inside along sliders and window sills. Not one room that was affected. 941-276-6205 Carl Anderson - Truly Nolan
07/22/14: Both gates were open (photos emailed)
07/22/14: Hole near seawall is the same as before no change in size or depth.
07/22/14: Toilets each had slight mold growing at water line in bowl, cleaned each. Brought in more mail from box.
07/22/14: Guest bath toilet does not stop running, need fill valve rebuilt or replaced. Brought in package from stoup (photo emailed). GB meter 61%H 86Temp LR meter 61% 86Temp MB meter 64%H 84Temp
