Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,774 service calls we have performed 28,281 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/2/15: Pool is not green but has a film over top of water, photos via email. Several ant hills in the yard both front and back.11/2/15: Brought in mail and trah containers. Mail had Hughes pest invoice. Set AC to 79 as that was the setting prior to your recent visit. Light was on under microwave, I turned it off. Last owner of home left message in your front door, photo sent via email. Next inspection 11/23/15.
11/2/15: Brought several palm fronds to the road for pick up. Animal den still under front rock.
10/28/15: Fridge delivery. Door was open most of the time humidity and temp was effected so please keep this in mind when reviewing.
10/27/15: Turned sprinkler system on and checked to ensure time setting was correct
10/27/15: Boat lift broken, do not recall this condition kast inspection. Photos via email.
10/26/15: Broken bush right side of home, pick to follow. A dozen dead ants in entry, little to no ant activity outside.
10/26/15: Had a few spots that needed weed cotrol reapplued photos sent.
10/26/15: Pulled Hughes Pest control sign from front yard. Smoke dtector is chirping near guest bath. Sprayed 1/2 weed control prmarily on the pavers front and back.
10/20/15: Weed situation looks very good. Front circle that was over ran last inspection - clear.
10/20/15: Suaved both toilets.
10/20/15: Pool level is high, right at the top of the skimmer port. Lots of fuz and bugs on the surface. Pool could needs to be scrubbed along top yltils.
10/20/15: Suaved all toilets. Brought in Scotts pest control sign from front yard.
10/19/15: No mail.
10/19/15: Light was on in garage, but the balast needs replacing so it wasn't very noticable that it was on. Water was on upon arrival and shut off upon leaving. Guest bath toilet handle and flap need jiggled in order to fill then shut off. Some armadillo digging in the yard but found no den(s).
10/19/15: Hole dug under condrete drive on the other side of the hedges for water shut off. Sending photo.
10/19/15: Kitchen and bathroom being painted, photos sent via email. Water mian was on upon arrival and we left it on just as pianter had.
10/19/15: Potted plant along garage keeps falling over due to wind conditions repositioned it to prevent.
10/19/15: Pool is green photos sent via email. Several fire ant hills in the yard, no less than a dozen.
10/19/15: Brought in mail and package from front step. Called client for instructions on what to leave/have on and where to set thermostat (74) for client's arrival Thursday. Caught gecko in the house out it outside.
10/19/15: Brought in 2 pieces of mail, photo sent via email. Brought several palm fronds to the road for pick up. Hole still under front rock but not as much digging as before
10/14/15: The lanai has several weeds growing through the cracks the aluminum structure needs to be power washed pool has some debris floating on top pool level good. SAll of the doors to rooms were closed in order for the AC to operate and function properly the doors need to be open to allow circulation. Found no leaks throughout the home however the master bath toilet fill tube needs to be replaced it was running that is probably why the water bill was so high.Sending photos via email. Brought in a Hoskins Pest Control sign.
10/14/15: WASP NEST inside mailbox, best to spray after dark as all wasp will be present or I can bring spray next inspection. Ran water the entire inspection. Landscaping in back needs trimmed back photos via email to follow. Pool screen door latch broken. Water smell not as strong as in the past, smell was stronger in the master bath than guest bath.
10/14/15: Brought in Truly Nolen sign dated 10/13. Brought several palm fronds to front yard for pick up. Light in large wooden shelving in livingroom was on. Water main was on upon arrival. Bushes by one pool cage door very over grown, mention severeal inspection ago. Sending photos via email.
10/14/15: Batteries needed replaced in thermostat was not reading (blank screen) found 2 batterries in kitchen drawer. Stayed in the home until I was sure the AC was cooling the home. Suaved both toilets. Water main was on upon arrival.
