Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,163 service calls we have performed 29,060 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/1/16: Schwab master bath toilet. Checked garage. AC ran during inspection. Handle to refrigerator a bit loose. Reset microwave clock.8/1/16: Weeds in stoned areas on pavers and Landscaping still.
7/27/16: Applied another 1/2 gallon of weed control, weeds are much much better than last time.
7/27/16: Water main was off upon arrival and I turned it off upon departure. Brought in several pieces of junk mail. Lawn appears to be very dry for the rainy season. Lanai plants are in very good condition. Paper in kitchen is coming down.
7/27/16: Found the water main on upon arrival, turned off before departure. Mailbox had many pieces of junk mail, only 4 seemed possible real mail. Left on counter. Brought several palm fronds to the front for General pick up. Pool level was good. Lanai corner dirty due to possible ran & wind under door. Weeds are terrible, they should be pulled and weed control applied. We do this if your lawn service doesn't. Sending photos.
7/27/16: Holden Hughes extermination sign from yard. Yard is dry and many spots and sending photos. Pool level is low but acceptable. Home is dry and cool.
7/27/16: The left side of the home has poor drainage. At least 4 to five feet has standing water. The entire length has soggy grass. The interior of the home humidity was very high. Called client moved to 78degrees.
7/27/16: The 1 lemon tree is producing will send a photo or two. Pool level is good and pool is very clean looks inviting.
7/26/16: Some palm fronds still in the backyard under the tree as I have sent photos before not as many so they must be using that as a staging place. The ants are still on the exterior of the house. Some weeds growing in the landscape mulch.
7/26/16: Found the back white vinyl fence blown down send pictures to Dave. Drove car.
7/26/16: Air conditioner is working fine. The AC people cleaned the floors somewhat. I brought Jodi over to see what needs to be cleaned yet and got the go-ahead from Marty and Gene by phone
7/26/16: Downspout near satellite off again. Ground fault breakers #3 & #12 tripped. Bedroom 2&3 bath and dining room respectively. Weeds have not been attended to they are worse than they were before.
7/26/16: Boat still plugged in. The smoke detector in the master bedroom is chirping needs a battery. Car started fine.
7/26/16: The entry door atracts a lot of dirt, must be the way wind moves under carport. Xfinity cable still not buried.
7/26/16: I spent several minutes pulling weeds in the yard before I went in but it really didn't need to be sprayed. Master bedroom thermostat set at 86 degrees reads 81 degrees. Handheld meter reads 50.3% humidity and 82.3 degrees
7/26/16: Brought three palm fronds to the front for pickup.
7/26/16: Pool level is good. Landscape curb ran over by lawn crew. 2 small dry spot in lawn near front steps will send photo.
7/26/16: The guest bath outer wall base trim is separating more from wall. It is not wet and maybe photos I send will indicate any progression. I am sending mail this week.
7/26/16: Weeds are much better yet there are still some problem areas mainly around plants as opposed to open areas around trees or shrubs sending photos. Check sprinkler system working properly.
7/25/16: Suaved guest bath toilet.
7/25/16: Swept up five dead ants on the windowsill in the back we talked about last inspection. 6 dead ants along the slider on the floor and two worms. Suaved master bath toilet. Sending photo of package label as requested.
7/25/16: Brought 1 Palm frond to the front for general pickup. Armadillo hole back exact same spot.
7/25/16: Upstairs thermostat 81° reading 81 degrees. Meter reads 56.7% humidity and 82.3 degrees.
7/25/16: There are tire tracks in the yard from the mower. Jim was here cleaning and trimming. Tile lifted in kitchen area.
7/25/16: Upstairs thermostat reads 79 degrees set at 79 degrees. Meter reading 50.4% humidity & 81.2 degrees. No homeless people
