Displaying Are Records 27951 to 27975 of 29060
9/7/16: No ant activity on the garage or sidewalk.9/7/16: The Xfinity cable what has been buried. I checked the television in the living room to make sure it still work and have cable it did. The fence is still not repaired in back but you probably know that. The car would not start I called in regards to that.
9/7/16: All of Me pictures plus paintings book as they did last inspection.
9/7/16: Applied a quarter gallon of weed control on the mulch around the front around each tree along the base of the home all the way around including the screened Lanai. The reason we do the bass less need for trimming along the home less damage to home and screens. Suaved each toilet. This is the first that I've seen the work that Jodi did and they did a very good job she did mention that there should be more mulch especially around the trees and maybe some edging put in. She could do that for you or at least it's some food for thought.
9/7/16: I move the thermostat back to 79 degrees as the humidity is up there and I don't like it being close to 60 so I have turned it back we'll see what it is the next inspection I think what's happening is it's not as warm outside as it is in the dead of Summer and so the AC is not running enough so we need to have that thermostat down some. Besides my meter is always showing a higher temperature than the thermostat so the thermostat calibration could be wrong.
9/7/16: It was threatening and spitting rain so I couldn't apply any weed control some weed small are started I pulled as many as I could and also pulled a bunch of larger ones that we're growing inside plants out and brought them to the front for pickup I also brought a bunch of palm frond shavings that were in the yard from all the wind to the front for General pickup. Head Vines growing in the plug off the plants around the pool cage onto the screen I pulled and cut all of those off.
9/7/16: No screens have been blown out or damaged greater than already reported even though we had lots of wind and rain during the last two weeks.
9/7/16: Circuit breaker number 25 PARVT? was trip
9/7/16: Started car and plugged in golf cart. But several Palm fronds to the road for General pickup.
9/7/16: The humidity is about 65%. I'm not quite sure why we we're running so high so I have turned back the humidistat to 45% and the thermostat down to 79 degrees. Actually feels a little tacky on the floor, you can hear the soles of my shoes on the tile which indicates that's too much humidity the tile. A dozen palm fronds to the front for General pick up..
9/7/16: The Four Seasons technician here to have him replace the motor outside. Applied three quarters of a gallon of weed control. Waited until the Four Seasons person was done and the AC had brought the temperature down at least one degree in the home so that I knew it was working. The thermostat in the master bedroom is set to 85 degrees it is reading 83 degrees. My handheld meter reeds 67.9% humidity 82.3 degrees temp.
9/6/16: No mail. There is a hole dug in landscaping by some type of animal probably a small armadillo sending photos.
9/6/16: Weeds around the driveway need to be sprayed as well as in the Stones - weeds are coming back. Sending photos
9/6/16: I slipped the downspout and at the back of the home that I mentioned last inspection on to move the water out of the landscaping area into the grass it was filling up the Landscaping in actually choking out the plants with water. There are at least two dozen dead insects on the floors love your home throughout the home. I see that the home pest control company was inside they have done their job but they're quite a few bugs to sweep up.
9/6/16: Upstairs thermostat set at 79 reading 79 degrees. Handheld meter reads 53.5% humidity and 78.8 degrees upstairs. No unwanted guests.
9/6/16: No vehicle in the garage.
9/6/16: Found mildew growing on the exterior area of the garage door leading into the home. Sending photos Bushes plants along back walkway need to be cut. Pool has debris in the bottom and on the steps. The Lanai / concrete pool area needs to be power washed.
9/6/16: I found the AC set at 77 reading 77 and moved it up one degree to 78th and will check the humidity next time I'm there I think we'll still just be fine I'll inch it up until it's back to close to the 80 degrees that we had it set on prior to the last visit.
9/6/16: Garage 51.4% humidity 85.8 degrees. I slept more and from behind the sofa and just to the right of it seems to be more in that area then behind the sofa now but they're all dead.
8/30/16: The humidity level is a bit High it is still acceptable. Every condominium my check today in vivante has been high so I think it just has something to do with the weather and the construction of the Condominiums. The garage is dry.
8/30/16: Turn all breakers on left water run. Set clocks on both appliances range and microwave my water in tire inspection. Spoke with Kevin from Storm Solutions in person still have painting to do left key box on garage door inside garage
8/30/16: Still having a humidity issue in the condominium I do not think that the AC is running enough in order to pull out the humidity. The home is probably so well insulated that on days like today when there's no sunshine it just doesn't turn on enough. You may want to consider having somebody looking at the system Ac it really should be fine at 78 degrees during this time of year. However my meter indicates it's very very high humidity with in here.
8/30/16: The stucco has not beecompleted around the edges of the two Sliders in the back. Replaced all of the damp rid bags took them with me to throw away my trash.
8/30/16: Hurricane shutters are installed front shutters are not closed.
8/30/16: The downspout in the middle of the back Lanai cage has broken free from the bottom strap and tore a little bit of the upper gutter end cap it's going to be needing a replacement or repair especially if any heavy winds were to blow right now. The AC system for the main part of the house is not working I checked all the breakers none were tripped. The thermostat in the master bedroom was set at 85 it read 83 my meter says that the humidity in that area is 65.4% and that the temperature was 83.3 degrees. Both the master bedroom area and the main part of the House have what I consider to be high humidity levels they're acceptable but need to be brought down.
