Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,191 service calls we have performed 29,060 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/17/16: Nice dock! Picked up 1 Miller Highlife 40oz can in back yard witin fence. Wasps are back inside storm door, this time I had wasp spray. Got the best and about six if them.10/11/16: Cracks in new stucco trim that still is not painted, sending photos.
10/11/16: Garage dry and normal.
10/11/16: Ran car.
10/10/16: Applied 1/4 gallon weed control.
10/10/16: No floor down.
10/10/16: Weeds are becoming out of control again need to be sprayed sending photos, lawn needs to be trimmed around home and out front.
10/10/16: The weeds are about the same as last inspection. Pool level is good and pool is clean. Vines are still growing and attaching themselves to the house.
10/10/16: Grass is long.
10/10/16: Brought in several pieces of junk mail. Pool lanai looks good, pool level good and pool is clean.
10/6/16: Brought in al light weight items on lanai. Small clean items in the house, larger dirty items to the garage. Small two plants left in corner on lanai.
10/5/16: Wasp nest in mail box, went home to get spray. Checked sprinklers. Weeds no better no worse than the last inspection still have quite a bit of clover.
10/5/16: Definate smell when first walk into condo.
10/5/16: Palm fronds in back that have been accumulating are gone. Gate by main water valve was open upon arrival, closed upon departure.
10/4/16: High humidity in the home at 77 degrees, when we consistently ran under 60% all summer set at 80 degrees. Plugged in car, started as well.
10/4/16: Mm
10/4/16: Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control. Put downspout back on back Just under satellite dish. Downspout on front of the home which diverts water onto the driveway.
10/4/16: Master bedroom reads 54.1% humidity and 79.7 degrees. Applied 1/4gallon weed control.
10/4/16: Brought several palm fronds to the road for pick up.
10/4/16: Down spoyt came loose just outside right pool cage door, sending photo.
10/4/16: Brought several palm fronds to the front from yesterday's storm
10/4/16: Your neighbor said they had quite the flood down your street the other day water went right up to your home. I found no water issues within the home a little bit of debris into the garage possibly just less than a quarter of an inch and only at the door. Shed is fine no leaks.
10/3/16: The garage is 66.8% humidity and 83.3 degrees.
10/3/16: Lights on the dishwasher but could not get them to go out so I shut the dishwasher and garbage disposal off at the breaker. Upstairs thermostat set and reads 82 degrees. Meter reads 59.2% humidity and 82.1 degrees
10/3/16: Sears thermostat reads and is set to 79 degrees. Meter reading 48.8% humidity and 78.7 degrees.
