Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,222 service calls we have performed 29,060 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/14/16: Exterior painting completed. Watered 4 plants on lanai, watered 4 plants just outside the lanai door by water hose. Watered 2 interior plants. Brought in mail and phone book found at front door.12/14/16: Eves damaged front left side of garage, sending photo.
12/14/16: Water was on upon arrival, hose in pool water not runnibg. Pool very cloudy, edges need cleaned, pool lwvel adequate. Sending photos.
12/14/16: Yard drains working very well.
12/14/16: Pool cage screen being replaced, sending photos.
12/13/16: Drove car to Moose parking lot and back. Humidity level high so I turned down the AC thermostat to feel if the air was cool and it was, seems to be working.
12/13/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 78 degrees. Meter reads 79.9 degrees and 60.6% humidity. Removed Truley Nolan sign from yard. Brought 2 large palm fronds and 1 coconut to the front for pick up.
12/13/16: Brought several palm fronds to front for pick up. Weeds surprisingly under control!
12/13/16: Sending mail. Called Hesslers again they are suppose to call with date for trim tomorrow.
12/13/16: Water was on upon arrival. Ran water entire inspection in both baths.
12/13/16: Water leak iguest bath sent photos and called client.
12/12/16: Lights were on in the kitchen, I shut them off. Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 77 degrees. Meter reads 60.4% humidity and 76.7 degrees.
12/12/16: Electrical receptacle hanging out from the wall sending photo.
12/6/16: The high humidity registering on my meter is probably a direct result of the AC being turned off and we have had some relatively warm and humid days recently.
12/6/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 80 degrees. Meter reads 80.1 degrees and 62.8% humidity. I turned both thermostats down to see if they cooled and they did. The high humidity could be a symptom of the weather outside in the thermostat's not kicking in as frequently. Brought 1 palm frond and 2 coconuts to the road for pick up. Turned the irrigation system on per Hubert.
12/6/16: Met appraiser at home. Placed the cover on pool.
12/5/16: Floor completed nicely.
12/5/16: Heat circuit breaker off, AC units not running, turned on and waited for AC unit to begin to work. Call Larry to reposition camera.
12/5/16: Found the garage light on. I do not use any light during my inspections as I bring a high powered LED flashlight. Too lightly browned areas in the grass in the front yard or their last inspection no worse no better must be that time of year and housing area gets water.
12/5/16: Quite a few weeds growing in the mulch and stones srrounding the home. Do you have the lawn company contracted to spray these?
12/5/16: Stared car
11/30/16: Pulled a Hughes exterminator sign from yard. Brought in several pieces of mail and Hughes bill on the door knob. Watered plants on lanai and by the outside spigot. Watered plants inside home by doors.
11/30/16: Shrubs cut sending photos.
11/30/16: French drain contractor was installing the drains. Sliding glass door to patio was not locked?
11/30/16: Pool level too low right at the bottom of the skimmer port.
