Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/3/15: Garage entry door bottom panel fell off as I opened the door today, it has weathered beyond repair. Humidity is very high in the home, thermostat is turned to heat and set very low so no AC running to remove humidity. Called client about door and humidity. Sent photos of door via email.11/10/15: Boat remains plugged in, no pooling of water on lanai. Started car. Dehumidifier leaking at fitting, re-tightened.
11/10/15: Checked on dock sent ohoto by email.
11/10/15: Ran car this inspection.
11/10/15: Water main was in th on position upon arrival, as per clients previous instructions we turned it off upon departure.
11/10/15: Opened all doors for better AC recovery and circulation. AC setting is 2 degrees lower than before and humidistat is set to 0 when before it was set to 40%.
11/9/15: Pulled a Truly Nolen sign from yard not dated. Brought in 5 pieces of junk mail. No ant activity inside or outside. Lanai screens and framing needs cleaning (as well as the pavers you already know about)
11/9/15: Red unknown car in drive, neighbor's drive is empty. Sprayed weeds amazing how many grow in such a short time. Lawn is very long, longer than I have ever seen it.
11/9/15: Put key in key box. Pic of tle, soffits, grouylt,etc emailed
11/9/15: Brouggt in one piece of mail. Twi active wasp nest back right corner of hous and right exterior corner of garage entry door, need to be sprayed at dusk to kill all wasps.
11/9/15: Waiting for FPL electrician.
11/3/15: AC was stil on 76 set back to 79 the setting prior to construction work.
11/3/15: Photo of dock emailed
11/3/15: Applied 1/2 gallon of Round-Up.
11/3/15: Ac not working, contacting my ac guy
11/3/15: Smoke detector in kitchen chirping battery needs replaced.
11/2/15: Ran water in all areas extra long to gelp blow out air that accumulates from not being used freqently over the summer.
11/2/15: Light was on in hutch, turned off.
11/2/15: Qite a bit of fruit on the ground, can atract fruit rats.
11/2/15: Pool has lots of debris on surface, no tears in screens could be found. Circuits 1 and 7 tripped in electrical panel. High humidity so move thermostat tp 80 per client.
11/2/15: Pool is not green but has a film over top of water, photos via email. Several ant hills in the yard both front and back.
11/2/15: Brought in mail and trah containers. Mail had Hughes pest invoice. Set AC to 79 as that was the setting prior to your recent visit. Light was on under microwave, I turned it off. Last owner of home left message in your front door, photo sent via email. Next inspection 11/23/15.
11/2/15: Brought several palm fronds to the road for pick up. Animal den still under front rock.
10/28/15: Fridge delivery. Door was open most of the time humidity and temp was effected so please keep this in mind when reviewing.
10/27/15: Turned sprinkler system on and checked to ensure time setting was correct
