Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,342 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/27/17: None4/26/17: Floor looks very nice!
4/26/17: Suaved both toilets, brush broke on half for guest bath.
4/26/17: Pool heater turned back to 70 degrees, reading 75 degrees.
4/26/17: Applied 1/4 weed control
4/26/17: Turned on pest alarm in kitchen, turned up pest alarm in garage.
4/25/17: brought 2 palm fronds to front for pickup. zero coconuts. Sprayed 1/4 gal of weed control.
4/25/17: I saw your note with regard to Damp-Rid and humidistat. Louver doors very dusty on inside of door at the bottom and a bit dirty at the bottom in the front of door.
4/24/17: Water heater is still on, did you want that shut off at breaker?
4/24/17: None
4/24/17: Dry spot in front lawn, sending photo via email.
4/24/17: Weeds growing on the cracks of the driveway pavers
4/20/17: Put down all hurricane shutters
4/20/17: Key fob doesn't work, taking to get battery replaced.
4/18/17: Watered the 2 ferns in back they were a bit brown.
4/18/17: Large pile of tree and bush trimmings in front yard sending photos. Water valve was off.
4/18/17: Applird 1/2 weed control.
4/17/17: Pulled a pest control from yard dated 4/14/17
4/17/17: Watered 6 trees and surrounding plants. Outside and inside garage lights were on I shut off. About the same interior condition as last inspection.
4/17/17: Lawn very brown sending photos
4/17/17: Turned water heater, dryer and range off at breakers.
4/13/17: Nothing to report
4/12/17: Water main was on. Turned cicuit breakers off. Unolugged all tvs. Adjust camera with client's instruction.
4/10/17: White SUV in drive
4/10/17: Plants around pool cage removed. Pool level low but acceptable. Bags of yard clippings in front landscape circle. Brought mail in, 2 certified mail notices, sending photos.
