Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 32,968 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/28/15: Garbage disposal needed freeing, works fine now.4/28/15: Charger on car lit up.
4/28/15: Back yard area beginning to be overgrowth will send photo. Ran water both baths entire inspection. Water front plants
4/28/15: Garage was fine, dehumidifier was working as well as the fan. Slight mold in each toilet at water line, cleaned.
4/28/15: Soke detector just in the front door is chirping, needs battery. Slight mold at water line in guest bath toilet, cleaned. Garage fine. Ran water at all points entire inspection.
4/28/15: Started car, mold in guest bath toilet at water line, cleaned.
4/21/15: Slider to the outside kitchen area was not locked.
4/21/15: Brought in mail. No furniture in den. Sending photos.
4/21/15: Picked up two handfulls of construction debris, paper ad even a Styrofoam coffee cup. Brought in sales flyer that was wedge in doir handle
4/21/15: Limbs are still down in the back yard. Gap in rear garage entry door, sent photo via email.
4/21/15: Down spout still un attached needs repaired.
4/15/15: Mildew growing on toulet seat of guest bath, cleaned. Will leave seat cover up for better air circulation. Got here a few minutes early to be able to get inspection completed before window company arrives. Brought in Truly Nolen serv sign dated 4/10.
04/14/15: Car charger lights were on. Brought in one piece of mail. Grass very dry.
4/14/15: Home temp very comfortable. Found only one lamp with timer but it was set to the correct time. Found dirt/mildew on the dresser to the left in master bedroom and head board as well. Sending photos
04/14/15: Garage fine. Mold growing on fridge door and ext water/ice door, cleaned both.
04/14/15: Removed banana, garage has several leaves in it but all appears fine . I will start the car next inspection.
04/14/15: Freed garbage disposal. Ran water entire inspection. Garage fine.
04/14/15: Ran water in both baths the entire inspection. Master bath very strong odor this time. Water front plants. Mole activity entire yard.
4/14/15: Brought in mail. Two dry spots in lawn sending photos. Pool had a great deal of debris. Gate open to pool on left side of home. Screen on master bedroom slide coming loose.
04/07/15: Brought in a good size stack of mail. Brought in package from front stoop. Standing water in side yard and front yard. Pool cage door to side tard not latched.
4/7/15: Home is quite comfortable as far as air & humidity. Found several pieces of building scrap/papers in the yard, returned them to the construction site. Master bath left sink drains much slower than the right.
4/7/15: Two large tree limbs are down in the back yard, a great deal of mole activity to the right of the garage. Guest bath toilet handle had to jiggled to finish the fill.
4/7/15: Very wet area in grass out the back lanai will email photos, appears to be water leak but not associated with your home
03/31/15: Charger on car was charging. Lawn looked good. No mail.
03/31/15: Ran water in both bathrooms for 15 munutes both had bad odor this inspection. Watered plants on front step. Moles still appear to be very active in the yard.
