Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,222 service calls we have performed 29,060 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/18/17: Visually checked car as requested.5/17/17: Lawn is long enough to be cut, mole activity in the back yard, found the lanai pool equipment door unlocked, found 1 dead roach in the hall leading to poolside bathroom.
5/16/17: No mail, spoke with mail person they said you were "on forward".
5/16/17: Found gecko droppings (cleaned up) next to slider, but could not find gecko. Found dead roach next to slider in master bedroom.
5/16/17: Applied 3/4 gallon of weed control. Brought one palm frond to the front. Pulled Truly Nolen sign from front yard dated 5/11/7. Neighbor's house to the right has water leak flooding the side yard between homes.
5/16/17: I replaced all Damp-Rid bags. Water main was off when I arrive and I turned off upon leaving. Pool is very low, right at bottom of top tile. At times you can hear the skimmer port is sucking air.
5/16/17: Found a gecko just inside the front door, chased back out the front door.
5/15/17: Still infested in den/office sent photos. Did not clean up as I wanted pest control to see. Lot next door is cleared. Lawn is long enough to be cut.
5/15/17: Watered plants on lanai, next to lainai and inside also. Pulled a Hughes exterminator sign from yard, no date on it.
5/15/17: Hose out along and under garage door. Driveway has several oil spots, sending photos. Every bedroom (except bedroom by laundry) was messy, not really dirty but cloths and personal items all over the floors. Kitchen and living room looked lived in but not dirty. Back side home lights were on.
5/15/17: Checked to ensure dehumidifier was working, drain tube had water in it. No ants in yard. All compartments appear to be dry.
5/15/17: Found one dead roach in master bathroom
5/12/17: Very pleasant inside you condo
5/12/17: LOcked water valve
5/12/17: A few small gnats near garbage disposal, killed and placed cap in disposal. Moved humidistat to 60% based on humidity levels.
5/12/17: Did not turn water on due to all the construction, not sure if all valves are off.
5/12/17: Very pleasant inside temp and humidity.
5/11/17: Upstairs humidity 56.4%, temperature 80.3 degrees.
5/11/17: Moved thermostat to 76 degrees based on humidity readings.
5/11/17: Master bedroom slider was unlocked. Lanai fan was on.
5/11/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
5/10/17: Grass has some dry spots sending photos. Pulled several grassy weeds from rocks mainly along left side of home. Pulled Hughes pest control sign from front yard.
5/10/17: Boat in drive which is also plugged into your electric, sending photos.
5/10/17: Humidity is creeping upward, I will watch closely.
5/10/17: Alarm went off as I entered the home, called owner.
