Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 32,948 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/26/15: Sprinklers working. Gutter wasout of wood chips on left side of garage and several downed landscape lights, photos sent5/19/15: Water heater leaking, couldn't run water in any bath or in kitchen.
5/19/15: Water is on, ran all sinks, toilets. Car in drive, hose in front tagled. Is this intentional to make it look like someone is home?
5/19/15: A few small worm bugs dead on floor next to sliders. Plant broken (photo emailed). Unplugged tv in bonus room, ran water from fridge door.
5/19/15: Brown spots in front lawn, driveway closed off. Sending photos.
5/19/15: Guest toilet tank very wobbly, water off and should remain off until repaired. Shut breakers off for range, washer/dry and dishwasher.
5/19/15: Talked to Mee Wah about AC decided to turn humidistat off just run AC at 80 degrees
5/19/15: Branch broke off palm on left side of home as standing in front looking at home. Pics sent, trees one good one sad, watered and increased irrigation timer by 1 minute.
5/19/15: Brought in LL Bean package from front porch. No dock work yet
5/18/15: AC system off.
5/18/15: Contractor digging in back yard filled in pictures emailed and water was on when we arrived.
5/18/15: AC Unit is not working, thermostat shows snowflake set at 76 and reads 82 but unit never ran during inspection.
5/18/15: White substance under kitchen sink and guest bath sink
5/10/15: Pool pump is very loud. Water appears to be circulating. Ran the water during the entire inspection. Master bathroom not as poignant as guest bathroom. Watered front plants.
5/10/15: Water was on when I arrived. MB 45% 82deg / LR 45% 81deg. Sliders both unlocked. Garage car fine, charger & dehumdifier on. Boat at lift and plugged in.
5/10/15: 3 letters with pill bottles in mailbox, sent image. Dog excrement in grass by water valve mains
5/10/15: Brought in several pieces of mail, emailed photo of important looking mail. Matersbedroom slider was unoocked. Took banana with me to dispose of.
5/10/15: Brought ladder replaced smoke detector battery. Ran water the entire inspection. Garage unchanged.
5/10/15: Brought in mail and 5 packages from the front entrance area.
5/9/15: Front yard grass cut at different heights, it was that way last time I just thought they had got caught by rain and would return but this is strange two times in a row.
5/9/15: Joann's father passed last night so it was nwcessary to move inspection so we can attend his funeral in Ohio. Car covered well.
5/9/15: Joann's father passed last night, so it was necessary to move inspections up so we can atend funeral. Garbage disposal bound could not free. Light was on in the utility room, leave on or turn off next inspection. Brought in Hughes ext sign from lawn.
5/9/15: Water was on when I arrived. Humidistat was set to 50, thermostat to 78. Valve on water heater was closed should be open so I can circulate water in tank, off at breaker.
5/9/15: A few dead carpenter ants in guest bedroom by windows.
5/9/15: Water was on upon arrival. Computer is on.
