Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,372 service calls we have performed 29,161 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/21/17: Alarm system indicating low battery in master bedroom door sensor.6/20/17: Weeds are dying on left side of home (standing in drive looking at home), but the right side the do not appear to have been sprayed or were not effected, see photos below. Pool rib overhead led lights were on, found remote then turned them off.
6/20/17: Tightened flush handle for toilet in mid home guest bathroom. Circuit breaker 9 for the lanai was tripped. Reset microwave clock, indicates previous power failure. Weeds starting to the over landscaping, see photos below.

6/20/17: Brought 5 palm fronds 3 coconuts and 2 seed pods to the road for pick up.
6/20/17: Found 2 dead roach one in bedroom and one in the bathroom
6/20/17: Water main was on upon my arrival, but off upon my departure.
6/20/17: Water main was on upon arrival, I turned off upon departure. Turned off water heater and range at breakers. Ran water the entire inspection.
6/20/17: Door for exterior pool closet/room with fridge was wide open, I shut. Lawn needs mowing. Photos below.
6/19/17: Swept up 4 dozen small worms throughout the home. Weeds growing through cracks of drive and pavers, as well as the landscaping (see photos below).
6/19/17: Downspout that was repaired last year has came loose again, see photo. Grass is long and should be cut.
6/19/17: Main water valve was off upon my arrival, I turned off upon my departure. All lanai shutters are up. Pulled a Hoskins Pest control sign from the yard (not dated).
6/19/17: Ant infestations all bathrooms, swept all ants live or dead, see photos.
6/19/17: Exterior garage entry door is deteriorating at the bottom (photo). Lawn needs cut.
6/16/17: Weeds growing on the cracks of the driveway pavers. Brought in several pieces of mail, one concerns me, see photos below. Dead tree out front.
6/16/17: Brought in several pieces of mail, 2 I could not determine importance so see photo below. Weeds very prevalent in stones, see photos as an example.
6/16/17: Weeds growing in cracks if drive, see photo below. Downspout in back near pool door is off, see photos below. Front entry door is beginning to grow mold on it at the bottom of the exterior side, see photo below.
6/16/17: Many weeds in stone and mulch taking over landscaping. Checked both car interiors, no apparent mildew/mold.
6/16/17: Poured a few ounces if bleach down the AC condensation tube.
6/15/17: Visually checked car as requested.
6/15/17: Upstairs hygrometer readings: 55.1% humidity, 82.6 degrees. Light in breakfastnook was on turned off. Lights were on in the upstairs bedroom closets, turned off.
6/15/17: Ran car during inspection.
6/15/17: AC system will not run, humidity is too high. Freezer gasket is leaking air then ice and moisture are forming along with mold, see photos below.
6/15/17: Drove car two laps around complex.
6/15/17: Started the car moved it back and forth within garage area as requested.
