Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,161 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/24/17: Several piles of sand near doors and water heater, probably ant activity. Pool cage screen is in need of repair, this is more than likely why you have debris in pool.7/24/17: Some weeds growing in the landscape and cracks of the driveway.
7/24/17: Grass is very long see photos below. Mold on office chair in garage see photo below. Ground fault receptacle under the electrical panel in the garage is tripped and will not reset, may need replaced.
7/24/17: Lawn is very long see photos below. Swept up 47 worms within the home.
7/24/17: Both of my hand held hygrometers are measuring the humidity level in the home at or above 70%. I have set the thermostat to 75 from 70 to help reduce the humidity. Interesting to note while the thermostat is reading 77 degrees both hygrometers are reading around of above 80 degrees. I believe a thermostat setting of 75 is really about 78 degrees. Growing to do your other home and neighbor's house then I will return to see if the humidity has been reduced.
7/24/17: All ceiling fans appear to be running at low speed.
7/24/17: No water in bucket under living room ceiling vent. Weeds growing in landscaping & cracks of driveway. It appears your lawn guy is piling fallen palm finds in landscaping instead of brining to the front for general pick up. I pulled 7 from your landscaping to front. Ant activity seen in home, see photos, but could not find any live ants. Note on front door about 5th wheel, see photo below.
7/24/17: Weeds in the cracks of the driveway and landscape stones.
7/24/17: Weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway. Dirt starting to accumulate in the outer left corner of the lanai and the screens are beginning to show green mold. These will need power washed before or by the end of summer. The downspout extension in the right front corner of the garage was off, tape came loose.
7/24/17: Lawn should be cut soon, see photos below. Weeds growing n the cracks of the driveway.
7/24/17: Moved camera back inside per Dan. All three left side downspout extension pieces needs to be connected and one in the back of the home too.
7/24/17: Found 3ft live black rat snake in garage, removed. Weeds are dead/dying on the lanai. Watered the three interior plants. Found 60 to 70 dead knat like bugs just inside the front door, cleaned up.
7/24/17: Front outside lights on upon arrival. Home is cluttered with personal items and certainly looks lived in but not overly dirty.
7/21/17: Package at front door brought inside, see photos below.
7/21/17: Mold growing on fridge gastket, cleaned. Fridge water dispenser is leaking slightly.
7/21/17: It appears the cleaning person is in mid cleaning but not here at this time.
7/21/17: Replaced DampRid container in AC handler closet upstairs. Skylight seemed not to have leaked anymore since last inspection.
7/21/17: All sink and shower/tub drains taped closed with the exception of kitchen and master bathroom sinks, ran water in these. Toilets had toilet bowl cleaner as fluid and were covered with saran wrap.
7/21/17: It appears the roof may be leaking in the front kitchen corner away from the door, see photos below. Sent better photos by email. Locked main water valve.

7/20/17: Both refrigerators in garage area where not working. The double door fridge contents had seeped out and needed to be cleaned. All perishables had to be bagged and removed from the premises. Photo below. Generator light was NOT green. North side water valve was off. Called client, he suggested I try an extension cord to the larger fridge, it began to run. He also suggested I check all exterior ground fault receptacles. I did so but did not fix electrical problem. Checked all breakers found Bed#3 tripped but did not fix basement electrical problem. Left the smaller fridge with only beer and water off. Client was going to call an electrician. Several real estate flyers left of front bench, brought in, see photo below.
7/20/17: Visual check of boat and SUV.
7/20/17: Water main was on upon arrival, off upon departure. Small vase was on master bath floor and chipped, see photo below.
