Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/14/15: The lanai has several weeds growing through the cracks the aluminum structure needs to be power washed pool has some debris floating on top pool level good. SAll of the doors to rooms were closed in order for the AC to operate and function properly the doors need to be open to allow circulation. Found no leaks throughout the home however the master bath toilet fill tube needs to be replaced it was running that is probably why the water bill was so high.Sending photos via email. Brought in a Hoskins Pest Control sign.
10/14/15: WASP NEST inside mailbox, best to spray after dark as all wasp will be present or I can bring spray next inspection. Ran water the entire inspection. Landscaping in back needs trimmed back photos via email to follow. Pool screen door latch broken. Water smell not as strong as in the past, smell was stronger in the master bath than guest bath.
10/14/15: Brought in Truly Nolen sign dated 10/13. Brought several palm fronds to front yard for pick up. Light in large wooden shelving in livingroom was on. Water main was on upon arrival. Bushes by one pool cage door very over grown, mention severeal inspection ago. Sending photos via email.
10/14/15: Batteries needed replaced in thermostat was not reading (blank screen) found 2 batterries in kitchen drawer. Stayed in the home until I was sure the AC was cooling the home. Suaved both toilets. Water main was on upon arrival.
10/14/15: Garage key pad would not work, replaced 9v battery working now. AC ran during inspection.
10/14/15: Ran car during inspection.
10/14/15: Water main on upon arrival. Humidistat set to 0. All toilet seats were up and no cabinets were/are open.
10/14/15: Brought in Scotts Yard service sales slip from front door handle. Hood is up on the Mercedes nothibg attached to engine like a charger?
10/12/15: No ant activity inside or outside. Brought in 3 pieces of junk mail.
10/12/15: Car and cover appear to be in good shape.
10/12/15: Landscape stones, drive an lanai pavers all look good after last inspection's weed application.
10/12/15: Applied weed control on drive, landscape stones, around trees and lanai pavers. Screens need repair sending photos.
10/12/15: Reset all modems and security boxes
10/12/15: Lots of molecactivity in the backyard. Pool level is almost under skimmer port, coul use some water.
10/6/15: Garage entry door needs to be repkaced see photos sent via email. Water main was on upon arrival. Garage light was on upon entry. Picked up two worms, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both dead. 2 trailers parked in left side yard, photo to be emailed.
10/6/15: Side yard still very soggy.
10/6/15: Water main was on uoon arrival, off after we left.
10/6/15: Pulled a Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 10/6. Lots of weeds out front very few in back, sprayed 1 qal Round-up. Brought into the garage the recycle bin.
10/6/15: Brought in Truly Nolan signed dated 10/6. Brown spots mentioned past inspections still in lawn.
10/6/15: Level above the skimmer opening needs draining
10/6/15: Something has chewed into the grass seed on the floor of the garage, pic to email.
10/5/15: Several wasp nests around the home was chased several times just walking the perimeter 728 wasps in a nest between the storm door and the front door was stung getting in the home we need to have this taken care of
10/5/15: Wildflowers growing into yard, photos sent via email.
10/5/15: Water regulator just behind mailboxes leaking significantly. Black ants inhabiting your mailbox, sprayed and cleaned box. Ants coming from neighbors box which is full of wet mail, sprayed what i coild in that box as well.
10/5/15: Found several shards of glass just inside the entry door, seept up so qnot to track thru home.
