Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/9/16: Suaved both toilets. Pool has mold growing along top above water sending photos. Outside spicket appears to be a little bit to the side of the bathroom window about three feet in line with the wall that the toilet sits on. The wall is not wet and shouldn't be as we turn the water off after each inspection. Wall is no worse than photos appeared last inspection.8/9/16: The weather stripping on the front door is pulling the paint off the front door now.
8/9/16: Weeds are still an issue but not as bad as they were small clover in most of the plants down the right side of the house and along the back of the house many places could have been sprayed it but we're not and still not as around the pump area on the left side of the garage lot of clover there underneath the seat it's been there since I've been sending photos. The downspout on the left side of the garage for the front was off I put it back on. Have photos can send of the weeds if you wish. Tested Zone 1 sprinkler work yards cut looks nice.
8/4/16: Met daan from st. Clair AC he posted the permit on the exterior of the home sending a photo. Shoes were off in the home. Weeds are worse than last week.
8/2/16: Garage dry and comfortable
8/2/16: Started car.
8/2/16: Roll down shutters still not wired lots of stuff all over the house yet sending photos. Leaving the lock box in the garage so they can gain interest when they need it.
8/2/16: Suaved each toilet.
8/2/16: Remove Truly Nolen Pest Control sign dated 8/1. Swept up several gecko droppings didn't see him though.
8/2/16: Master Bedroom thermostat set at 86 degrees reads 82 degrees. Handheld meter reads 53.6% humidity and 81.5 degrees. Applied one gallon of weed control.
8/2/16: Your lawn is not being mowed hasn't been known to times two inspections now. Sending photos. I have a guy if you need a reference.
8/1/16: Weeds appear to have been sprayed, at least some are dying.
8/1/16: The humidity was a bit High compared to the meter so I turned the humidistat down 3% it was actually somewhere around 55%. The weeds have been sprayed and are dying. The armadillo hole has been filled
8/1/16: Weeds growing on lanais (front and back). Pool level acceptable, water clear and pool clean looking.
8/1/16: AC was running while I was here. The floor has yet to be done. I spoke with your neighbor and she says hello, you share common area lanais butt together.
8/1/16: Humidity and temperature are too high, I suggest we mive the humidistat back 5% to 50%. The weeds are taking back your landscaped areas. Suaved master bath toilet. Swept up some dead insects throughout the house. Tape came free on side front window, resecured but this window needs repaired.
8/1/16: Found some dust or Vine granule type material just under the electrical panel in the garage at the baseboard. I swept it up is C if the pile will be there when I come back in 2 weeks if so this may indicate insect activity. I did not see any insects. Applied 1/8 gal weed control, again.
8/1/16: Schwab master bath toilet. Checked garage. AC ran during inspection. Handle to refrigerator a bit loose. Reset microwave clock.
8/1/16: Weeds in stoned areas on pavers and Landscaping still.
7/27/16: Applied another 1/2 gallon of weed control, weeds are much much better than last time.
7/27/16: Water main was off upon arrival and I turned it off upon departure. Brought in several pieces of junk mail. Lawn appears to be very dry for the rainy season. Lanai plants are in very good condition. Paper in kitchen is coming down.
7/27/16: Found the water main on upon arrival, turned off before departure. Mailbox had many pieces of junk mail, only 4 seemed possible real mail. Left on counter. Brought several palm fronds to the front for General pick up. Pool level was good. Lanai corner dirty due to possible ran & wind under door. Weeds are terrible, they should be pulled and weed control applied. We do this if your lawn service doesn't. Sending photos.
7/27/16: Holden Hughes extermination sign from yard. Yard is dry and many spots and sending photos. Pool level is low but acceptable. Home is dry and cool.
7/27/16: The left side of the home has poor drainage. At least 4 to five feet has standing water. The entire length has soggy grass. The interior of the home humidity was very high. Called client moved to 78degrees.
7/27/16: The 1 lemon tree is producing will send a photo or two. Pool level is good and pool is very clean looks inviting.
