Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 32,970 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/12/15: Reset all modems and security boxes10/12/15: Lots of molecactivity in the backyard. Pool level is almost under skimmer port, coul use some water.
10/6/15: Garage entry door needs to be repkaced see photos sent via email. Water main was on upon arrival. Garage light was on upon entry. Picked up two worms, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both dead. 2 trailers parked in left side yard, photo to be emailed.
10/6/15: Side yard still very soggy.
10/6/15: Water main was on uoon arrival, off after we left.
10/6/15: Pulled a Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 10/6. Lots of weeds out front very few in back, sprayed 1 qal Round-up. Brought into the garage the recycle bin.
10/6/15: Brought in Truly Nolan signed dated 10/6. Brown spots mentioned past inspections still in lawn.
10/6/15: Level above the skimmer opening needs draining
10/6/15: Something has chewed into the grass seed on the floor of the garage, pic to email.
10/5/15: Several wasp nests around the home was chased several times just walking the perimeter 728 wasps in a nest between the storm door and the front door was stung getting in the home we need to have this taken care of
10/5/15: Wildflowers growing into yard, photos sent via email.
10/5/15: Water regulator just behind mailboxes leaking significantly. Black ants inhabiting your mailbox, sprayed and cleaned box. Ants coming from neighbors box which is full of wet mail, sprayed what i coild in that box as well.
10/5/15: Found several shards of glass just inside the entry door, seept up so qnot to track thru home.
10/5/15: FEMA letter in mail, sending photo. Pool level above skimmer intake.
10/5/15: The pool level is very high may need drained. It appears as if an armadillo is living under the front rock it's dug out there and there are many many armadillo holes small holes dug in the yard for grubs and insects. checked Century link boxes all are up and functioning.
9/29/15: Sprayed three quarters weed control, several weeds on lanai. Found a wolf spider in the bathroom off the TV room he met his demiseSp
9/29/15: Picked up quite a bit of lawn debris and out it in a barrel on the side of the home. If you contact the lawn service they should be able to take with them next service. I have been having a great deal of success with clients who shut off their hot water tank while they're away helping reduce the smell. I have turned both water heaters off hoping this will work for you. Ran water during inspection as usual but only hot water.
9/29/15: Ran car. Boat batteries plugged in.
9/29/15: Brought several pieces of lawn debris for pick up. Kitchen sink faucet leaks when turned al the way to the left, photo sent by email.
9/29/15: Removed pest control sign from yard, no date. Water was on uoon arrive, off when we left. Freed garbage disposal before running. Found several flakes of paint under vent at corner of entry to master bedroom but could not see where they came from on wall and ceiling.
9/29/15: Retrieved drivers license to FedEx
9/29/15: Cloths tod and hangers fell down in utility room, put back up.
9/29/15: Water left on per client. Ran hot water in all sinks during entire inspection.
9/29/15: No live ants in or outside.
9/28/15: The pool lanai area is is very moldy pavers in just way too many weeds which indicates that the home is unoccupied this area really needs attention
