Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/14/17: Potted plants out back were blown over, sat back up right. Bird house blown off hanger. Put the bird house in the garage. Swept hundreds of dead ants from bathrooms.8/14/17: Neighbor to the left was using your pool.
8/14/17: Plant from the left front has a collapsed branch, see photo below.
8/11/17: Poured a few ounces of bleach down AC condensation tube.
8/11/17: Front small tree needs to be re-staked, see photo below. Several mud dobber nests in the alcove, should be sprayed and knocked down.
8/11/17: Brought in pool skips from Lanai.
8/11/17: Took several photos sending via email. Weeds growing in pavers.
8/11/17: Weeds growing n the cracks of the driveway.
8/10/17: Started both cars and ran during the inspection.
8/10/17: Added distilled water to golf cart batteries and put cart on charge. AC system upstairs not pushing cold air called client to have him contact his AC company. Turned upstairs unit off,no need to run if not pushing cold air.
8/10/17: Humidity levels are very high for a new HVAC system and the thermostat set to 77 degrees.
8/10/17: $100 cash on kitchen counter
8/10/17: Stared car, idled during inspection, checked storage room. Filled golf cart batteries with distilled water, put cart on charge.
8/10/17: Drove car two laps around complex. Storage room dehumidifier read 55
8/10/17: Moved upstairs humidistat to 50 from 45 based on recent humidity readings.
8/10/17: Water filter notification is on display pad of fridge.
8/10/17: Hurricanes shutter works today. Ground floor thermostat set to 76?? Reset to previous setting, 80.
8/9/17: Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive. Refilled all exterior compartment Damp-Rid containers.
8/9/17: Bushes along front of home need trimmed. Something dug under water tanks on garage side of home. Pink ribbon tape around most of plants that border Myakka Pointe Drive. Photos below. Ran shutters down/up.
8/8/17: Found bill from American Pest Control in mailbox, see photo below
8/8/17: Turned humidistat down to 45% from 50% to help with the higher humidity reading today.
8/8/17: Trim by front door came loose, see photo below.
8/8/17: Several rat/mouse droppings on lanai
8/8/17: May want to have Ransom Brothers spray every 2 weeks. Many weeds are dead but many new weeds popping up.
8/8/17: Crack in exterior trim of back master bedroom slider appears to be getting wider, see photo below.
