Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/19/16: I brought two palm fronds to front for general puckup. 1 upper screen n exit door on lanai has fallen, sending photo.9/19/16: Several palm fronds to the front door and I'll pick up. 1 package on the front stoop brought in. Started both cars.
9/19/16: Weeds are a bit better than they were last inspection but still have a little clover around plants in back. Checked sprinkler system.
9/13/16: Brought in packages from front stoop. Turned all breakers on. Set the AC to 76 degrees. Reset both the microwave and the range clocks. Water main is on.
9/13/16: Master bedroom thermostat reads 77 degrees set at 77 degrees. My mete reads 52.2% humidity and 79.7 degrees.
9/13/16: The grass is long but it's as long as the last time I was there so apparently it's being done every 10 days to 2 weeks. Remove a truly no one signed dated 9/6/16 from lawn. Found several dead small black bugs in the bathtub. Cleaned them up.
9/13/16: All exterior shutters are closed. The front door shutter was also closed and locked with all the keys hanging from it. I opened the front door shutters and strapped them firmly open again. I brought the keys and permit package inside.
9/13/16: Master bedroom thermostat set at 85 degrees it said its 60% thermostat 79 degrees. My meter reads 78.2 degrees and 51.9% humidity.
9/13/16: Stucco in the back.
9/13/16: Humidity in the condo again. I'm having a lot of trouble with condos here and the humidity. I spoke to Chris at license to chill air conditioning actually lives in the condominium developments building 98 and he said that has been an ongoing issue as well. I have turned the humidistat to On and the AC down to 75 degrees. The breakers are all on and I have left the water main on. I am running the water exceptionally long this inspection.
9/13/16: The very high humidity turn the AC down to 75 degrees spoke with Chris at license to chill he suggested leaving in a 75 he is expecting a call from you to coordinate service if any and it can provide more details as what he is signing with units in this condominium development including your building and what he is personally experienced. I found white mildew on the baseboards of the front bathroom is down I found mildew on the area antique desk that was opened in the chair it was their elbows down and move them off to the side so they're not directly under any vents.
9/12/16: Suaved both toilets.
9/12/16: Today I have water pressure in the master bath shower and the bath tub go figure. Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control.
9/12/16: Has finally began friend pictures
9/12/16: I turned the humistat back up to 55% based on face the levels of the last two readings and the time of year. Weeds in the landscape Stone in front or back under control still have some but not like it was. There are lots of weeds in the cracks of the driveway this could be sprayed as well.
9/12/16: Applied 1/2 gallon weed control. Suaved toilets. Sept several des bugs, gecko droppins and removed one dead toad from right corner of dining area.
9/12/16: Fill along the seawall has been put in. Bench has been removed. Vines are still crawling on home. Weeds are as bad as they were in the stoned areas around the home as last inspection. Sending photos. Found the small bugs like before but not quite as many of them. Put plastic trash container over the shower drain. If I find them next inspection, we can rule out the drain as a point of entry.
9/12/16: The humidity is high again this inspection I turned the AC Down 2 degrees to 76 to try to combat that. Can feel air coming so it is working I believe.
9/12/16: Spot on ceiling in bedroom. Sending photos
9/8/16: The evaporation fitting coming out of the home for the AC unit keeps falling off looks as if it has been broken in the past. I have put it on each time that I have Ben coming however maybe a more permanent solution should be implemented. I will send photos. Maybe something as simple as 1 flat landscape step type blocked and one 8 inch or so black could be a temporary fix.
9/8/16: Alarm pad said that the exterior garage door and tripped while alarm was set I check that door it is and was locked. Rod and several pieces of mail. Czech screamer label. Send photo. Plants are all doing very well. I watered both interior plants.
9/8/16: The pool level is adequate however the bottom of the pool peers to be a little scummy I'm going to send a photo and I hope you can see the difference in the contrast of the blue to sort of the murky yellowish film on the bottom you might want to call the Pool Company address that in fact it almost looks as if you can see some of the brush Strokes on the bottom of the pool where they may have ran one of their pieces of equipment
9/8/16: Moved thermostat up to 79 degrees FaceTime humidity levels as of late. Side yard is finally starting to dry out no standing water but still very soft.
9/8/16: Applied 1/4 gallons of weed control primarily on driveway cracks in sidewalk cracks and some areas of the stone where the crabgrass has started to back up for you because there's no mmatting
