Displaying Are Records 27251 to 27275 of 27853

3/8/16: Pool sweeper stuck on side wall, reset by pulling to the center of the pool. Brought several palm fronds to the road for pickup. Your road is ground down, should be re-paving it soon.
3/8/16: Brought several pieces of junk mail from the mailbox two of the gates were open, one of which was the back gate leading to the water way and there's an electric cord plug inside your shed leading out to the bank outside the fenced in area not sure your aware of this or not I close both gates.
3/7/16: Weeds are finally under control!
3/7/16: Packages were already inside the garage Carrie had told me that I guess his guys did it the other day the AC is now set at 74 and the pool heater has been set to 90. I turned the range breaker on in that both the microwave and the range clocks. Brought in the mail and a junk flyer on the drive.
3/7/16: Dead ants in kitchen broken bone book from front stoop
3/7/16: Brought in phone book from front stoop. Swept dead ants in kitchen area.
3/7/16: Left water main on, lit the water heater. Front left garage light turned an some what hanging, sent photo.
3/1/16: Probably going to need to turn on the AC here in the next inspection or to the home is a little money yet another these lows so it's not a true concern just yet but probably end of March at the latest. I also saw quite a bit of mole activity in the front and back yards.
3/1/16: I left water on and I also turned on the water heater so that when Kathy comes she'll have hot water inimmediately every thing else looks fine.
3/1/16: Lawn company did not blow off back concrete pad sending photos
3/1/16: The water was on when I arrived there was a right right next to the front sprinkler head to the right of the driveway on the road took photographs and sent to Deborah
3/1/16: Garage door opener did not work the battery was dead came up to the unit found a9 volt battery in the second drawer on the right in the desk area took that down that battery did not work either so it must be bad I have brand new one so I brought one from my car and it now works when the water all the time I was here was with an extended period of time so that should help and I turn down all the breakers. The water on I think everything is ready
3/1/16: Turned off water, turned off breakers to water heater, dryer, range. Keys and garage opener on ktichen counter. No van in the garage
2/23/16: The garage light was on when I arrived the course I turned it off the guest bathroom had some mold starting to grow in the bowl so I suaved it as well as the master bath and left the toilet seats up on each for better air circulation.
2/23/16: Brought several palm fronds to the Dollar General pick up full day Pest Control signed dated 2/18 out of the yard
2/23/16: Pool level is still higher than the skimmer port which means that the pool is not circulating properly
2/22/16: Suaved both toilets slight mildew in guest toilet but heavy in master toilet. Sending photos. Left seats up for better circulation. Set thermostat to 80 and cool from heat. Heat generally will not be needed anymore until next January.
2/22/16: Few dead ants in kitchen and guest bath. No active ants.
2/22/16: Alarm system or not just as soon as I stepped into the home did shut it off and try to resolve successfully water the two front plants pulled items out of the dryer that were little bit damp per class instruction
2/22/16: Right palm frond to front yard for pickup turned off irrigation system in the garage as requested
2/22/16: Lay down one more gallon of weed control what I had on last had died but others that popped up especially in the papers in the driveway in the shadowed area in the right upper corner I completely saturated that area so we should not see any next time
2/16/16: Collected many palm shucks from yard and brought to front for pick-up. It took several minutes to set the alarm as the system went into firmware update and after the system came back online it took me three or four tries to get the tone to leave so maybe you better check that Larry just to be sure that your end everything seems to be secure
2/16/16: Metal frame on pool lanai needs to be power washed.
2/16/16: Started car, ran during inspection.
