Displaying Are Records 27176 to 27200 of 29638
11/27/17: Laundry room window open all the way, I closed down within an inch. Toilet bowl was empty of water. Mold growing in shower, see photo below. Two screens on lanai need repaired, see photo below.11/27/17: Master bedroom slider was unlocked, I locked it.
11/26/17: Front door dead bolt was not locked. Master bedroom slider was not locked. Set the thermostat back to 78, will monitor.
11/26/17: Poured water down drain as running the shower head would get me wet.
11/26/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
11/25/17: Lanai needs power washed and weeds are growing in cracks.
11/25/17: Car cover photos below
11/25/17: Lights on the lanai, dining room chandelier and lamp in TV room were all on, I shut them off. Interior door leading to the garage was not locked.
11/25/17: Gutter not repaired. Bees have made a hive inside the exterior electrical panel. I know this because a dozen bees are swarming it at any one time, even a bit dangerous to walk by it.
11/18/17: Hundreds of antd in the mailbox. Spread out mail on drive and tried to kill or brush off. Finally decided to throw away all the junk mail. Kept 2 letters and to interior design books/magazines but made sure they were ant free before taking in the house.
11/17/17: See photos below.
11/17/17: Garage door locks engaged preventing the door from raising, not locked now. I locked them as part of hurricane preparation.
11/17/17: See photos below.
11/17/17: Left blinds open, set thermostat to 78 degrees.
11/16/17: Turn water main on and left it on upon departure. Turned humidistat to ON and thermostat to 75 degrees. Turned the water heater and kitchen refrigerator breakers on. Plugged in water heater circulation pump. Turned power on inside kitchen fridge. All per client's instructions.
11/16/17: Screens not yet replaced for pool cage, contacted repair company no response as of yet. Breaker 8 tripped will not reset.
11/16/17: Starting to feel stickyness (mildew?) on the top of each dining table chair as well as wooden chair in entry hall.
11/16/17: Filled guest bath toilet with leaking tank with water using trash container. Moved humidistat down to 50 to help with humidity. Garbage disposal was tied up, used wrench to free up then ran.
11/16/17: Put out front cushions, opened shutters and blinds, turned on water heater and set AC to 74 degrees and humidistat to ON.
11/16/17: Higher humidity could be the result of low temps outside and the AC system not running as frequently.
11/16/17: Ceiling spots same as last inspection. Upstairs white furniture has orange like dots forming, could be mildew?
11/16/17: Kitchen sink is leaking at disposal ring
11/14/17: Moved the thermostat to 79 degrees. This time of year if the thermostat is set to high it doesn’t run often enough to remove all of the built up humidity, that is why your humidity is as high as it is today. Installed key box on storage shed’s door knob for contractor to access home to repair bedroom ceiling.
11/14/17: I think the calibration of your thermostat may be off some. I brought 2 hygrometers in they average about 79.2 degrees your thermostat is reading 74 degrees. It does not feel like 74 degrees to me, it feels more like the readings from my hygrometers. This is really not an issue as long as the thermostat is working and we both are aware of the discrepancy.
11/14/17: Brought 2 palm fronds to front for pick up. TV/den smoke detector battery needs replaced. Reset all timers on lights throughout home.
