Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,033 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/28/16: A few weeds in the Landscaping pavers and driveway should have lawn maintenance companies spray them. Grass has not yet been mowed this week. What to Palm fronds to the front for pickup.
6/28/16: Call Scott Lawn Care sign from yard. Write an email. Started cars.
6/28/16: One had just been treated for pests hold the sign as I won't be here for two weeks its rival just could smell the odor. There are few weeds not very bad couple of Blades of grass coming up in the landscaping around the house one tree in the back I'll send a photo has dollar weeds but they can pop up overnight. You're damp rid bags are just about out of crystals in all the closets.
6/27/16: Package at front door brought into home. Swept up 12 worms and one stink bug.
6/27/16: Trimming and weeds should be attending to the grass is cut very nicely but it appears like the trimming is getting forgotten in some spots. Sending photos.
6/27/16: Outside light next to front door on our arrival and left on as well. Upstairs thermostat set at 79 reads 79 degrees humidity is 55.8% temperature 78.8 degrees.
6/27/16: Found for silverfish bugs in left sink in master bath killed them. Master bath toilet took two flushes get the water to go down not sure if that is indicating any type of problem will watch.
6/27/16: Weeds growing up in driveway cracks. The temperature with my meter upstairs is 83.5 degrees the humidity level is 64.5% that's a little high you may want to think about adjusting the thermostat from 83 to 81 so it turns out a little more frequently. Gaskets on gaskets on refrigerator is moldy not sure if this is something that just happened or if it's been that way for a little while sending photo.
6/27/16: Quite a few weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway not sure if the landscaping company is responsible for maintaining. Pulled a pest control sign from the yard. Humidity interior is still high not alarmingly high but high so I move the humidistat down to 45% from 52%. I waited until the AC checked in it was cooling to ensure it was functioning.
6/27/16: Use the garbage disposal wrench to free the garbage disposal before running. The Mercedes' charger is not plugged in.
6/27/16: Garage is 93.5 degrees and humidity is 43.1%. sending photos of Drive
6/27/16: Right in several pieces of junk mail and one flyer in the yard
6/24/16: Met county inspector for AC. AC passed inspection, papers are on kitchen table. Garage door opener not engaged with door, was able to open garage door without key and without remote. I made sure garage door is engaged no longer able to simply open door, must have remote.
6/21/16: Brought several palm fronds into coconuts to the road for pickup. I couldn't find the little plants I was supposed to spray with water please advise as to where they are. Started both cars ran for several minutes then shut off.
6/21/16: Found two small geckos inside, shoed them the door.
6/21/16: Garage dry and comfortable.
6/21/16: I ran car during inspection. Humidity level inside the condo is acceptable get high so I have move the humidistat back to 45%
6/21/16: Water valve was on will turn off the pond departure. Turned all non-essential items off at the breaker refrigerator still on AC still on. The humidistat is set now at 40% thermostat reads 76 degrees however my meter tells me it's higher in the percentage for the humidity is at acceptable levels but we wouldn't want to be much higher we'll leave it as it is for now and see what the next reading iiat
6/21/16: Suaved each toilet.
6/21/16: Dry spot in backyard poolside of home, sending photo. Brought 3 palm fronds to front yard for pickup. Replaced each of the DampRid bags in the closet. Suaved all toilets.
6/21/16: 2nd AC reads 80 degrees set at 86, meter reads 54.7% humidity and 80.2 degrees. Pulled pest control sign from yard dated 6/16/16. 2 GFI recepticals were tripped, reset both.
6/20/16: Grass was cut today looks nice.
6/20/16: Applied one quarter gallon of weed control. Grass is long and should be cut looks like at least a week since last cut.
6/20/16: Pulled car cover over bottom of tires. No floor work.
6/20/16: Was finally able to spray a half a gallon of weed control without high wind or rain.
