Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Checked brace in place for front door.
9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. Your lanai panels blew in and there is very slight rail damage. I have found through this storm putting them together strengthens them for high winds.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out. Spot on ceiling front breakfast area not sure if old or new, alarm seemed weird.

9/4/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Brought in all items from the lanai with the exception of the hanging wall art, could not get removed.
9/15/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out. You have power and the AC ran while I was there.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Brought front door rug inside. Brought art items inside from wall. Opened up plastic sliders and stacked. Removed 2 solid pieces from deck door.

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. One broken shutter in kitchen. Brought in rug. Put metal bar in. Put front door shutter down, getting more difficult to operate manually.

9/13/17: Your home has no major apparent visual damage from Irma. Your electric is on and your AC cycled while I was there. The home is quite dirty but I could not see any significant tenant damage. I have several photos but will send later as I am try to get to 60 other homes today and tomorrow. Please call me so we can discuss.

9/7/17: Moved bench, table, pots inside from front porch. Front shutter would not go down, old keypad code was 1956. 2 openers in storage by car key to use for shutter all 3 dead batteries. Tried manual crank, would not go down.
10/3/17: Set humidistat to 50 from zero and the thermostat to 75 from 80 in order to get the system to run more frequently. Found what appears to be some sort of leak behind and to the fight of the guest bath's toilet, see photo.
10/3/17: Raining could not treat lanai but needs it.
