Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,455 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/18/17: Ran hurricane shutters up/down (front door down/up)10/18/17: Outside light just outside pool side guest bedroom was on, I turned it off.
10/18/17: No water, even with water main to home turned on. Mater bath toilet bowl was empty. Pulled Truly Nolen sign from yard.
10/17/17: Plugged in fridge. Turned on water heater stayed long enough to ensure it was heating. Weeds very bad around trees but not in landscaping around home.
10/17/17: Photos of long grass and weeds in stones below. Cool Today dropped of a bag of promotional items on the front porch.
10/17/17: Humidistat not running the AC as often as it should still. Moved humidistat to 35% and AC turned system on. Humidity is higher than desired but still acceptable.
10/17/17: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign from front yard.
10/17/17: Turned irrigation system to auto, ensured water valve was on. Pool level was at or below the skimmer port bottom, photos below. Turned water hose on into the pool then left water main on coming back after next inspection. Slight screen damage you may already know about.
10/17/17: Storm debris in front yard has been removed.
10/17/17: Current photo of missing seawall. Replaced all Damp-Rid bags in the master bedroom side of the house. Removed Damp-Rid bags in the other end of the house out of bags cannot replace. Storm debris removed from front yard.
10/16/17: Pulled Econo Pest control sign from yard. Water main was on upon arrival off upon departure. Thermostat was set to 75 degrees I moved back to 79 degrees.
10/16/17: Door to garage unlocked upon arrival, locked upon exit. Master bath toilet had mildew marks inside toilet, I suaved toilet.
10/16/17: Two plants on lanai were on their sides, put them upright.
10/16/17: Stopped by to check AC function. AC was running humidity was 52.0% temp 80.9 on hand held meter.
10/16/17: Main kitchen light was on upon arrival off upon departure.
10/16/17: 50-60 dead millipedes on the lanai.
10/16/17: Car would not start, battery appears to be dead. Swept up 40+ millipedes, 2 palmetto bugs and a dead gecko from inside the home.
10/16/17: Drove by car in drive front door open water on - home occupied.

10/16/17: Brown front and back right yard. Weeds growing in landscaping. Brought 3 palm fronds to the front for pick up. Photos below.
10/13/17: Water main was on upon arrival, off upon departure.
10/13/17: The tile just straight inside the door, below where the ceiling is damaged is creaking as if it were not adhering to the underpayment.
10/13/17: Hid key as requested
10/13/17: Keys to the car are on the kitchen counter.
10/13/17: Lanai panels have not yet been repaired.
