Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/12/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Put plant, rug and bench inside.9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your condo, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Put door mat and plants from the lanai inside.
9/12/17: Called the client to provide a verbal damage assessment (none).

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Put front rug inside. Battery dead for shutter key pad, tried to lower manually wouldn't go down.
9/12/17: Home had no visually apparent interior damage, the exterior damage was broken tiles above garage, tree leaning onto left front corner of the home, seawall damage. Sent images via email.
9/12/17: Your home has no apparent visual damage inside or out. You have no power and the AC unit could not run while I was there. Two small trees were up rooted. Sent photos via email.

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Brought in patio furniture and doubled up the vinyl windows for strength.
9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. Your fruit tree on the right side of your house is partially blown over.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your condo, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Doubled up vinyl sliders for strength on the lanai.
9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. I found one very slight discoloration spot in the hall next to the kitchen.
9/14/17: Called client for his home to provide a verbal post storm assessment.

9/12/17: Other than the picture below you had no apparent damage to your home inside and out power is on AC is running.
10/5/17: Drive by to pick up key and key box.
9/15/17: Drive by drop of key box with key for AC company access.
9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric, the AC cycled while I was there, but is not pushing cold air. I would suggest it be checked. The humidity is about 66% inside.
