Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,124 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/30/16: Hurricane shutters are installed front shutters are not closed.8/30/16: The downspout in the middle of the back Lanai cage has broken free from the bottom strap and tore a little bit of the upper gutter end cap it's going to be needing a replacement or repair especially if any heavy winds were to blow right now. The AC system for the main part of the house is not working I checked all the breakers none were tripped. The thermostat in the master bedroom was set at 85 it read 83 my meter says that the humidity in that area is 65.4% and that the temperature was 83.3 degrees. Both the master bedroom area and the main part of the House have what I consider to be high humidity levels they're acceptable but need to be brought down.
8/30/16: The line is as long as it was the last inspection so it must be getting mown every two weeks. The weeds are dying so it appears as if someone has sprayed them with weed control.
8/29/16: Water main valve was on upon arrival. I am confident and remember distinctly shutting that valve off last time I was here. Back right corner downspout does not have an extension leaving the water out to the grass it's accumulating behind and in the stoned area of the Landscaping. There is one piece up a little further next to the electrical panel area that may fit it however it's raining l so hard I'll have to do that next time I'm here.
8/29/16: The AC unit is not working. Called client he instructed me to find an AC person. I called Eric Martin to meet with him tomorrow. We are still at little to no water pressure in both the shower and the bathtub. Applied a quarter gallon a weed control. The weeds are really coming up to the pavers. Call the Hughes Lawn Care sign from yard.
8/29/16: The driveway is roped off? The weeds are dying most of them anyhow however none of the Dead weeds have been removed raked. Driveway was not blown off last mowing sending photos.
8/29/16: Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control. The activity in the garage mentioned last inspections has not increased no I love dust under electrical panel.
8/29/16: You may want to tell the landscaper or the mowing Company to spray weeds in Stones they're starting to pop up through all your Landscaping. Bushes on left side of home still need to be trimmed sending photo wouldn't mention back ever taken 7 photo little bugs in the master bedroom on the floor hundreds of dead sending photos. I slept up with my portable shop vac.
8/29/16: Blackberry is on table
8/25/16: Suaved back guest toilet.
8/24/16: I believe that the toilet fill valve may be leaking ever-so-slightly as the brown rust lines indicate in the toilet I will send photos. This will eventually worsen over time and should be monitored.
8/24/16: Front Decorative Stone has not been washed sending photos. The interior front plants have been watered the one on the left side is not faring as well as the right side some Dead Leaves. Plants on the Lanai and around the home are all in good shape. The alarm went off before I could reach the kitchen as I came through the door so that is set at 10 seconds or less before it goes off. I brought in several pieces of mail. The mailbox was open when I arrived.
8/24/16: Plant inside is fine gave water. AC in garage small puddle under it again not large.
8/24/16: The weeds in your landscape Stone have not been sprayed in our growing sending photos. Brought in several pieces of mail. You have one broken limb on a palm tree on the right side of your home that I can't pull off and I don't have anything to cut it down with. Any photo. Bill and I pool area will need to be power washed. Mentioned this last inspection. I have photos I'll send of the guest toilet have mildew I cleaned. Swap master bath toilet as well. Will keep Lids up. For better air circulation. If you would like I do have a person who will pull the weeds in the landscape Stone and then we can maintain with weed control. She gets $15 per man hour.
8/24/16: Circuit breaker for a living room number 14 in the panel was tripped reset, it was probably a power surge that tripped it.
8/24/16: Your neighbor next door to the left stopped me to tell me that her home out front the light pole was struck by lightning in a very bad storm that we had here last week. Your range and microwave both needed to be reset the clocks which indicates you were out of power for some time all items that are important like the refrigerator and the air conditioner are working properly so you may have incidentals that could be or have issues with such as maybe the road around the antenna for the television or I think that's internet antenna there that you have so we can't tell until you get here just an FYI.
8/23/16: Very few and Salon the garage and left side of the house now I'll probably about 1/5th or 1/6th as many.
8/23/16: Construction Company building home to the left grated yard and cut your Xfinity TV cable sending photos. Drove car.
8/23/16: The water valve was on when I arrived and I know the last time I was here it was off. The containers on the sliding glass door Lanai have been stacked all the way from the opening. Start of the car I'm. Phone is plugged in.
8/23/16: Suaved both toilets and left toilet seats up. there was a little mold growing at the water line indicates poor air circulation in bowl. The corner in the bedroom the back bedroom appears not to have changed from the first time you showed it to me. It is dry or concerns there right as far as I'm concerned.
8/23/16: Cable line not buried.
8/23/16: The permit for the AC which was taped to the right side of the garage fell off thankfully it didn't blow away. I've moved it inside we can and bring it out and post it prior to whenever the inspector is to come by to inspect the AC. I feel that the low humidity I'm finding in the home we can move the AC back to 80 degrees from 78 so I've done so. I will check it next week to see where the humidity level is when set at 80.
8/23/16: I set the master bedroom thermostat back to 85 degrees. Currently reads 81 degrees set 82 degrees actual. Handheld meter read 48.6% humidity 81 degrees.
8/23/16: Cool level is adequate. Brought several home runs to the front for General pick up. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign from the yard dated 8/10/16.
8/23/16: You're down here in AC unit is not working properly while it is on inside the air handler is moving air you're outside cooling system is not running at all.
