Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,060 service calls we have performed 27,853 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/16/16: The light was on in the laundry room. The night lamp and fan were on in the master bedroom. It appears that the wiring is done on the shutters, however I can't find a switch anywhere in that vicinity to work the shutters. There is a place next to the right side of the sliders on the living room but the plate is empty just a blank plate. I left the key in the garage in the lock box as I'm assuming based upon the material still laying around the unit and the chairs are not put back they're not finished. Sending photos.8/16/16: At first the humidity concern to me within the unit however I turn the thermostat down and immediately started to cool. I dropped 5 degrees in just a few seconds out of one of the vents so I know that it is cooling properly. This could just be a situation where the AC was reading 78 the thermostat didn't kick in and humidity started to build a bit. Will check it the next time we're there.
8/16/16: Damp rid bags are just about empty should probably be ready to be changed next inspection.
8/16/16: I put the golf cart on charge. Latched the garage door on the far side by the smaller garage door and the Gap has gone away just remember that we have that last before you try to open with the garage door opener.
8/16/16: The camp I want to hear Pier light switches fell off and was actually up against the Landscaping near the house. There are rats in the front yard I think from a lawn mowing crew and it appears they may have backed over a sprinkler head. Applied a quarter gallon of weed control. Master bedroom thermostat set to 80 reading 80 degrees my meter said it was 51.5% humidity in 79.4 degrees.
8/16/16: The lawn appears to have been known since the last time I was here however it's long and needs mowed again. The weeds are in the same condition they were throwing some. The door couple of slaps knocked down out of The Back Fence and one whole section down toward the water I can't recall if that section was actually down when we first got started I'm sending photos.
8/15/16: No weed spraying whatsoever not in the front Stones up front on the side where the air conditioners are at leaving around the pool or inside the pool for that matter. The Boeing Company is cutting the lumps on the back home tree but the small shocks they're leaving just to accumulate at the base I moved close to 10 of those to the front yard that's a couple of months worth at least and they're just not doing anything with them expecting somebody else to do something with them.
8/15/16: Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control. The lawn needs to be mowed. However I'm not sure when they come. Looks like it will be in the next day or so for sure. No water pressure in either the tub or the master bath shower when I went outside to the water system the large white container sounded as if it was trickling in water I'm not sure how that ties in. I had the water pump switch on and the valve open that won't told me to do.
8/15/16: The floor is still yet to be done. The inside is still running above 60% so I turn the humidistat down to 50%.
8/15/16: Strings on the pool cage are very green sending one photo to demonstrate. Weeds between fences I know that was a concern last year sending a photo. It appears as if someone has started to spray weed control some movies have already died. Humidity inside the house is still high I move the humidistat to 50%.
8/15/16: The dusting of grit Under the Electric panel in the garage that I slept the last inspection reappeared but ever so lightly going to watch it the next inspection. Water main was half on and I know that I shut it off last inspection not sure who or why. The weeds continue to be a problem without any weed barrier down.
8/15/16: Suaved each toilet.
8/15/16: Found a gopher turtle hole dug next to one of the front trees sending photos. Excessive weeds in landscaping surrounding the home would suggest having it those polled and the stones from that point treated as well as the driveway to give the appearance that someone was here. Light was on in the back guest bedroom I left it on. The guest bath exterior door was not completely closed I was able to push it open it is secure now.
8/15/16: Suaved both toilets.
8/11/16: Downspout to the Rhino garage disconnected and reconnected. It still needs to be mounted correctly there are no brackets currently at the bottom to stabilize the swing . All exterior plants look good there's one plant up front in the Landscaping that is little bit thin but still alive. Grass needs to be mowed. Brought in several pieces of mail this contained to certified mail slip sending photos. Just as I'm getting ready to leave Josh Landscaping came to mow it appears
8/11/16: The air handler in the garage is sweating a bit and tripping on TV concrete floor I wipe the tub will note it next time I arrive. I did check to see if the pipe outside was spitting water and it was. The back eves spout on the right side of the garage side of the home was off I put it back on.
8/11/16: Water is still standing on left side of Home. Humidity level is now down to an acceptable level. It's possible for us to maybe move it up to 79 degrees but I like the humidity level we've achieved.
8/11/16: The trimming is getting a little out of hand in some areas it just appears as if the harder spots they don't do each time they mow. Like around the chain link fence and shed and even the pavers along the drive have grass growing over in a little bit when they could have done some edging. The pavers on the pool should be power washed just after the rainy season starting to gain a lot of dark mold.
8/10/16: No aunts or round worms found this inspection.
8/10/16: Water sitting around outside AC unit, sending photo. I would consider having the evaporation pipe moved further away. Guest bedroom (first on right down hall) ceiling cracked, sending photo. Downspout off at the bottom next to the outside electrical panel put it back on.
8/10/16: You have an armadillo hole on the right side of your home in the bushes will send a photo or two. May want to mitigate armadillo as your neighbor the isleys have a whole as well. Armadillos will have several.
8/10/16: The main water valve was on upon arrival removed Pest Control signed dated 8/4 . The upstairs bedroom humidity reads 61.3% humidity the temperature is 81.7 the thermostat is set to 81 degrees and reads 81 degrees.
8/10/16: It appears you have an armadillo hole where Jim cut back the bush's wedding photo.
8/10/16: The weeds in the lawn really need to be hold or applied weed control 2 any Palm fronds that have been down for quite some time just laying in the yard sending photos.
8/10/16: Some dry grass in the front and in the back we've got a lot of rain so maybe this is something that's been ongoing but I thought I would send photos. Everything else is in very good shape dry cleaning and give me the D slow inside the house.
