Displaying Are Records 26851 to 26875 of 27853

9/12/16: Suaved both toilets.
9/12/16: Today I have water pressure in the master bath shower and the bath tub go figure. Applied 1/4 gallon of weed control.
9/12/16: Has finally began friend pictures
9/12/16: I turned the humistat back up to 55% based on face the levels of the last two readings and the time of year. Weeds in the landscape Stone in front or back under control still have some but not like it was. There are lots of weeds in the cracks of the driveway this could be sprayed as well.
9/12/16: Applied 1/2 gallon weed control. Suaved toilets. Sept several des bugs, gecko droppins and removed one dead toad from right corner of dining area.
9/12/16: Fill along the seawall has been put in. Bench has been removed. Vines are still crawling on home. Weeds are as bad as they were in the stoned areas around the home as last inspection. Sending photos. Found the small bugs like before but not quite as many of them. Put plastic trash container over the shower drain. If I find them next inspection, we can rule out the drain as a point of entry.
9/12/16: The humidity is high again this inspection I turned the AC Down 2 degrees to 76 to try to combat that. Can feel air coming so it is working I believe.
9/12/16: Spot on ceiling in bedroom. Sending photos
9/8/16: The evaporation fitting coming out of the home for the AC unit keeps falling off looks as if it has been broken in the past. I have put it on each time that I have Ben coming however maybe a more permanent solution should be implemented. I will send photos. Maybe something as simple as 1 flat landscape step type blocked and one 8 inch or so black could be a temporary fix.
9/8/16: Alarm pad said that the exterior garage door and tripped while alarm was set I check that door it is and was locked. Rod and several pieces of mail. Czech screamer label. Send photo. Plants are all doing very well. I watered both interior plants.
9/8/16: The pool level is adequate however the bottom of the pool peers to be a little scummy I'm going to send a photo and I hope you can see the difference in the contrast of the blue to sort of the murky yellowish film on the bottom you might want to call the Pool Company address that in fact it almost looks as if you can see some of the brush Strokes on the bottom of the pool where they may have ran one of their pieces of equipment
9/8/16: Moved thermostat up to 79 degrees FaceTime humidity levels as of late. Side yard is finally starting to dry out no standing water but still very soft.
9/8/16: Applied 1/4 gallons of weed control primarily on driveway cracks in sidewalk cracks and some areas of the stone where the crabgrass has started to back up for you because there's no mmatting
9/8/16: Applied 1 gallon weed control
9/7/16: Pesky little Clover like weeds still persist sending a few photos. Pool level is acceptable but hey we've had a lot of rain the last couple of days. The guest bath toilet is running if the water is on the flat needs to be replaced I cannot shut it off at the valve on the wall under the tank so it should be replaced sometime too. I met your neighbor Bob he's quite a nice guy we talked for quite some time about the truck that he has in the garage and his trip to Colorado soon. Master bedroom smoke alarm needs battery replaced it is chirping.
9/7/16: The water main valve was on upon my arrival. We had a very heavy rain and storm 2 days ago and you have a lot of debris in the yard from that and some mulch has been washed out sending a photograph. I cleaned up as best I could but it's still lightning and raining out so it was a quick job.
9/7/16: When I first talked to you you asked me to see if I smell something peculiar about the condo and the first several inspections nothing. However this inspection I smell something that smells a little bit like cigarettes may have been smoking in the condo but only from the kitchen living room area the bedrooms and the baths are fine.
9/7/16: No ant activity on the garage or sidewalk.
9/7/16: The Xfinity cable what has been buried. I checked the television in the living room to make sure it still work and have cable it did. The fence is still not repaired in back but you probably know that. The car would not start I called in regards to that.
9/7/16: All of Me pictures plus paintings book as they did last inspection.
9/7/16: Applied a quarter gallon of weed control on the mulch around the front around each tree along the base of the home all the way around including the screened Lanai. The reason we do the bass less need for trimming along the home less damage to home and screens. Suaved each toilet. This is the first that I've seen the work that Jodi did and they did a very good job she did mention that there should be more mulch especially around the trees and maybe some edging put in. She could do that for you or at least it's some food for thought.
9/7/16: I move the thermostat back to 79 degrees as the humidity is up there and I don't like it being close to 60 so I have turned it back we'll see what it is the next inspection I think what's happening is it's not as warm outside as it is in the dead of Summer and so the AC is not running enough so we need to have that thermostat down some. Besides my meter is always showing a higher temperature than the thermostat so the thermostat calibration could be wrong.
9/7/16: It was threatening and spitting rain so I couldn't apply any weed control some weed small are started I pulled as many as I could and also pulled a bunch of larger ones that we're growing inside plants out and brought them to the front for pickup I also brought a bunch of palm frond shavings that were in the yard from all the wind to the front for General pickup. Head Vines growing in the plug off the plants around the pool cage onto the screen I pulled and cut all of those off.
9/7/16: No screens have been blown out or damaged greater than already reported even though we had lots of wind and rain during the last two weeks.
9/7/16: Circuit breaker number 25 PARVT? was trip
