Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,377 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/5/17: Lawn company tractor cleared deck in yard but not cleaned up, killing grass in several areas.12/5/17: Den/TV room smoke detector battery needs replaced.
12/5/17: Ceiling and floor repair looks very good.
12/4/17: Light mildew on seats and steering wheels of each car. Wiped each down
12/4/17: Pulled a Hoskins Pest control sign from yard. Package at front door brought it inside, see photos below.
12/4/17: Turned humidistat to 55 and thermostat to 78 to help with humidity.
11/16/17: Take down lanai panels and stack them against the wall for better view when trying to sell condo.
11/30/17: Floors mopped well, furniture dusting was good. Counters could have been cleaned a bit better. Guest bath sink bowl had slight residue inside it. Ac system was set at 75 degrees, I turned back to 80. All doors were locked.
11/30/17: Found a letter outside your door, see photo below.
11/30/17: Higher humidity could be the result of low temps outside and the AC system not running as frequently. This is an ongoing problem so I turned both humidistats to 40 and the downstairs thermostat down until it barely turned on (72) upstairs down to 74. The AC systems need to cycle several times a day to pull humidity out of the air.
11/30/17: Ceiling spots same as last inspection. Upstairs white furniture orange dots look the same. Painter's drop cloths on lanai and alarm off. I did not activate alarm upon departure.
11/30/17: Kitchen sink is leaking at disposal ring, see photos below.
11/29/17: Bring garbage and recycle bins in to garage. Pulled pest control sign from front yard dated 11/28
11/28/17: Put out trash and recycling.
11/28/17: Replaced batteries in kitchen smoke detector.
11/28/17: Grass left at fence in back yard.
11/28/17: Pulled pest control sign from the front yard dated 11/21
11/28/17: Pulled pest control sign from the front yard dated 11/27
11/28/17: Ran water entire inspection, turns water heater and range off at breakers. Found water on upon arrival.
11/27/17: Tree trimmings in yard, see photo below. Only front door knob was locked, dead bolt was not. Lights on front of garage were on I left them on thinking maybe you wanted this? New water main cable works very well. Garage interior ceiling lights were on, I turned off. Each bedroom door was closed, I opened to promote better air circulation. The place us looking sooooo good I drove right by it !!!
11/27/17: Brought I. Several pieces of mail, none appeared to be important. Unplugged the lanai facing camera for over 10 seconds.
11/27/17: One letter seemed urgent, see photo below
11/27/17: Turned lights off in kitchen. Pool spa is empty, see photo below. Set thermostat to 78.
11/27/17: Table and chairs on lanai, see photo below.
11/27/17: One letter in mailbox, see photo below. Some minimal browning of the lawn back and front.
