Displaying Are Records 26626 to 26650 of 27897

5/23/17: Lawn should be cut, weeds growing in landscaping and the cracks of the driveway.
5/22/17: Swept dirt from just inside the front door as well as one small inch worm in the half bath and one under the dining table
5/22/17: I believe the alarm was not activated as it didn't continually chirp as I walked up to it. The thermostat was already adjusted to 77, so there was no need for me to change it as previously discussed.
5/22/17: Pool has dead rat in deep end sending photo. I could not find a net so I could not remove.
5/22/17: Rainy season has started to kick in so dry spots should get better soon.
5/22/17: Removed popcorn from garage as requested.
5/22/17: Turned all breakers on, set AC to 72, set range clock. Lawn, if not scheduled already, should be cut this week. It is getting high.
5/19/17: Many weeds in stone and mulch taking over landscaping. Checked both car interiors, no apparent mildew/mold.
5/19/17: Some plants appear a bit yellow, probably stressed from the very hot days and lack of rain.
5/19/17: Some plants appear a bit yellow, probably stressed from the very hot days and lack of rain. Checked the car's interior, no apparent mildew/mold.
5/19/17: Car in garage, brought in several pieces of mail.
5/19/17: Met your neighbor to the right, she was suspicious of who I might be :) Brought several palm fronds to the road for general pickup.
5/19/17: Front lawn should be cut soon. Pulled two notices from front storm door sending photo.
5/18/17: Started the car moved it back and forth within garage area as requested.
5/18/17: Started both cars, they ran during the entire inspection.
5/18/17: Couldn't find keys to start car, please provide location so I may start them next inspection.
5/18/17: Started and ran the car during my inspection. Car air dryer was not plugged in and cord was laying on the concrete. I restrung and plugged in.
5/18/17: Drove car two laps around complex.
5/18/17: Water main was on upon arrival. Small amount of moisture present at the wood area where it transitions from the hall into the kitchen, sending photos. Humidity is an issue both upstairs and down, upstairs the temp is 81.4 and 65.2% humidity. I lowered the thermostat to 77 from 79 in an effort to reduce the humidity. If this continues you may want to consider running a dehumidifier in the condo. I have stayed an additional 15 minutes to be sure that lowering the temp has had an effect on the humidity, so far it has lowered it by 5% downstairs to 65%.
5/18/17: Visually checked car as requested.
5/17/17: Lawn is long enough to be cut, mole activity in the back yard, found the lanai pool equipment door unlocked, found 1 dead roach in the hall leading to poolside bathroom.
5/16/17: No mail, spoke with mail person they said you were "on forward".
5/16/17: Found gecko droppings (cleaned up) next to slider, but could not find gecko. Found dead roach next to slider in master bedroom.
5/16/17: Applied 3/4 gallon of weed control. Brought one palm frond to the front. Pulled Truly Nolen sign from front yard dated 5/11/7. Neighbor's house to the right has water leak flooding the side yard between homes.
5/16/17: I replaced all Damp-Rid bags. Water main was off when I arrive and I turned off upon leaving. Pool is very low, right at bottom of top tile. At times you can hear the skimmer port is sucking air.
