Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,257 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/6/17: Lawn should be cut, weeds growing in landscaping. Sending photos. If your lawn service is not licensed to spray weeds, I have a service that does.6/6/17: Checked sprinklers.
6/6/17: Main water valve was on upon arrival, off upon departure.
6/6/17: Sound person was here working on system.
6/5/17: Large Ford truck in driveway. Checked Damp-Rid bags, they still have crystals.
6/5/17: Main water valve metal handle has broken. Had to use pliers to turn, sending photo. Thermostat was set to 82 and humidistat set to 65%, probably why humidity is high. I set them back to my last inspection values.
6/5/17: Main water valve was on upon my arrival, I turned off upon my departure.
6/5/17: Ant infestations both the back right bathroom and master bathrooms, sending photos.
6/5/17: Took photos if plants surrounding the lanai sending via email.
6/5/17: Visual of car appears not to have mold/mildew.
6/5/17: Visual on van in garage appears to free of mold and mildew (some windows open). Sending photo of pond to your email accounts. Removed Lawn Care Extraordinaire sign from yard dated 5/26/17.
6/5/17: Visual on car in garage all appears to be fine.
6/5/17: Started the car, ran during inspection.
6/5/17: Swept up 10 small dead worms throughout home.
6/2/17: Ran water during entire inspection. Set clocks on water softener, microwave and range. Turned all curcuit breakers on. Removed metal lock from garage door, plugged in and ran up and down. Set AC thermostat to 74 degrees. Left water main on for client's arrival tomorrow.
6/1/17: I found the thermostat moved from the 77 I set it at last inspection to 78. Humidity is acceptable but borederline high. There was no moisture at wood transition into the tiled kitchen this inspection.
6/1/17: Visually checked car as requested.
6/1/17: Cars are visual only because batteries are disconnected.
6/1/17: Ran car during inspection.
6/1/17: Closed all sink and toilet valves. Replaced batteries in upstairs thermostat. Found downstairs AC set to 76 with humididtat set to on. Moved thermostat to 78 and humidistat to 50% based on past settings.
6/1/17: Drove car this inspection
6/1/17: Started both cars, they ran during the entire inspection.
6/1/17: Started the car moved it back and forth within garage area as requested. Replaced Damp-Rid bags in car.
6/1/17: Replaced Damp-Rid bag in master bedroom closet
5/30/17: Red car in driveway. Lawn is VERY long, it has been weeks since it was cut last. Sending photos. Weeds growing through lanai pavers.
