6/15/17: Front hurricane shutter will only go up part way, see photo. I was able to get it to go down completely. I did not try to manually take it up fearing it may get stuck in the up position.
6/15/17: Turned main water valve on and left on per client. Hand cranked all hurricane shutters up. Closed all closets and interior doors. Made sure all circuit breakers are on. Did not move cushions onto lanai as the furniture needs cleaned first. Phoned client, not to unhook car and drier.
6/14/17: Home under construction most sinks, tubs, showers and toilets either not installed, covered with plastic or filled with items. Water was off, I did not turn on based on construction. Car was out on drive covered. Ran storm shutters uo then down. Took many photos, see below.
6/14/17: Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive, see photos below.
6/14/17: Weeds beginning to grow in flower beds, see photos below. Moved master bedroom thermostat to 78 trying to reduce humidity meter reading 81.4 degrees 66.2% humidity. Moved main thermostat to 80 degrees and humidistat to 55% in an effort to reduce high humidity as well. Stayed an extra 10 minutes to ensure units were cooling.
6/14/17: Weeds are growing thru the cracks of drive and pool pavers, see photos below.
6/13/17: Red Mustang in driveway. I set the thermostat to 80 and the humidistat to 45%

6/13/17: Car charger light was green. Removed pest control sign from yard dated 6/12/17. Hunreds of dead bugs on top of the water in the pool, cannot find break in screens. Not sure how they got in sending photo.
6/13/17: Replaced batteries in front door alarm sensor, system still saying "Sensor 6 living room smoke tampered". Unable to set alarm.
6/13/17: One plant appears dead in front, sending photo. Lawn shoul be cut, long but not extreme in length. Turned thermostat to 80 based on last year's settings and current humidity level.
6/12/17: A great deal of mole activity in the back yard actually hard to walk there, front yard needs mowing, left side (standing in front yard) of home needs power washed, lots of hoses stretched around left side and back of home. Sent 18 exterior photos via email.
6/12/17: Humidity continues to be an issue. I set the thermostat 2 degrees less the last inspection but humidity levels are even higher than last inspection. Temperatures are reading good based on thermostat settings so we can assume they are cooling but there must be an underlying problem as to why your humidity readings inside are higher than your none air conditioned garage. I suggest you have the two units looked at by your HVAC professional. If you don't have one I suggest you call Eric Martin of Martin Air 941-421-2716
6/12/17: Contractor had just finished digging area off lanai, sending photos.
6/12/17: Brought in 3 pieces of mail, 2 not important one from landscape company, sending photo. Tried to tighten laundry room sink faucet but could not get it to stop leaking, it will need replaced. I shut the water valves off so it cannot be turned on inadvertantly. All toilet valves are off. Turned thermostat to 77 from 79 because high humidity reading these past 2 inspections.

6/12/17: Potted plant in ceramic base blew over and broke, sending photos.
6/12/17: Pulled Hughes Pest Control sign from lawn, no date. Garbage containers blown into lawn and apparently may have snapped the satellite pole at its rusty base, sending photos. Down spout off on right side of home, I reconnected. A few sheet metal screws in thes sections would prevent this in the future. Watered interior plants.
