Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,609 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/30/17: With water main to the house turned on there is no water or water pressure inside the home.8/30/17: Grass and weeds growing in cracks of concrete and landscaping. So much so stones are almost none existent.
8/30/17: Gutter in back still unattached
8/29/17: One letter from Charlotte County Seawalls
8/29/17: 30-60 dead small flying bugs in guest bathroom, see photos below. Missing drain cap in yard just left of front of the garage.
8/29/17: Car cover is still in the same shape as before.
8/29/17: Stains are still can be seen in pool, hope the photos below show what I see.
8/29/17: Pool valve was off, see photo below. Lanai furniture in the dining area and garage. The humidistat had been changed from 55 to 50 based on humidity levels I turned it back to 55.
8/29/17: Waterspouts in hallway indicate a roof leak, see photos below.
8/29/17: Pulled a box and hose from driveway drain tile. Swept hundreds of dead ants from bathrooms.
8/29/17: Visually checked car
8/29/17: Brought air compressor filled low tire. Sprayed hornets nest above back door on lanai.
8/29/17: Trim piece fell of carport, see photos below. Put trim pixe in storage area.
8/28/17: Turned power on to all off circuit breakers. Turned thermostat to 72. Pool is very high, some debris and dead insects in pool.

8/28/17: 30-60 worms in the garage, dried to the floor. Tried sweeping but need to be scraped up then garage floor moped. Water coming in the garage entry doir from the side of the garage and AC unit beacause if poor drainage. I cannot say your garage is floodibg but you do have standing water on the left side of your garage. I can recommend a good contractor to see if he can remedy. I I know you have a cleaning person, I would have them get over as quickly as possible. Pool is very very high. Photos below
8/28/17: Drain stop in guest bath was down and unable to pull up. Found after getting it out of drain the actuator bar was rusted and had broken. Pulled stop out and sat on counter.
8/28/17: Moved humidistat from 55 to 50 to help with the higher humidity
8/24/17: Replaced all Damp-Rid bags in closets
8/24/17: Humidity levels are very high for a new HVAC system I have been concerned for weeks as reports indicate. Attached are photos of developing mold upstairs. I can also feel mildew forming on some clothe furniture in the living room. When humidity is constantly running 65 percent and above these are the types of things that begin yo happen, see photos below.
8/24/17: Stared car, idled during inspection, checked storage room.
8/24/17: $100 cash that was on the kitchen counter is now clipped on fridge door.
8/24/17: Humidity is high in the storage room based on the 55 reading on the unit and my hand held meter at over 75
8/24/17: The dehumidifier reads 67 and flashes to CH and red light for bucket full is lit. Cannot determine what the problem is as the tube is dry and bucket is not full.
8/24/17: Set humidistat to 55%, set thermostat to 78 from 76, turned water heater off at breaker.
