Displaying Are Records 26351 to 26375 of 29350

6/13/18: Poured an ounce of bleach down with the AC condensation tube as requested. Back driver side tire flat on car. Battery dead on car could not start.
6/13/18: Large unfamiliar Ford truck in drive. One fruit tree appears to have dead area, see photos below. Very low water pressure in guest shower.
6/13/18: Pulled an Arrow pest control sign dated 5/18/18 from your front yard. Your grass is excessively long it almost looks like your house has been abandoned see photos below. Since the sign was still posted in the yard that verifies your lawn has not been brought my own at least since 5/18/18. The plants out front that should’ve been watered are dead, see photos. I found live wires by in the toilets scurrying around, see photos. I flushed several times and put a bleach tablets in each toilet. I could not find evidence of any live insects inside your home other than the toilets.
6/12/18: Weeds are taking control of landscaping, photo examples below.
6/12/18: The car charger would not come on. The ground fault receptacle was not tripped that it was plugged into. I did a reset that plug twice just to be sure but it still wouldn’t come on. So I plugged it into the other wall under the shelf and it came on.
6/12/18: I moved the dehumidistat up to 55% because of the current lower humidity. Still have a musty smell, but seems a bit less than before.
6/12/18: Right side gates open.
6/12/18: Pulled Truly Nolen sign dated 6/11 from front yard. Weeds in stones out back. Neither front nor back door knobs were locked. Set dehumidistat to 55% from 60% to mitigate high humidity. I waited until the humidity started to drop by 3% to ensure it was working.
6/12/18: Brought in several pieces of mail two of which I’m not sure of the important saw a photo below. The brown spots mentioned and photos in last inspection’s are not much better if at all. The pool level is still at the bottom of the rounded pavers over the scan report. I set the thermostat back to 79 degrees from 78 because of the low humidity reading.
6/12/18: Shut irrigation system off based on water sitting in the front swell. Circuit breaker 28 (great room) will not reset.
6/12/18: Mailing past 2 inspection mail today. Picked up 28 small pieces of fruit from yard. Moved the thermostat back to 78 based on low humidity readings.
6/12/18: I turn the dehumidistat down 3% to 52% help bring the humidity down.
6/12/18: The lawn could be but it’s a bit long. The new side along the seawall have collapsed of it and is very rough. Your filter for your AC system is plugged and has collapsed and should be replaced. Could not find a disposable replacement.
6/12/18: Lawn should be cut. Pool level is above the top of the skimmer port. Repaired interior handle to garage. Turned thermostat up to 79 degrees from 78 to because of lower humidity reading. Brought in pool company slip.
6/12/18: Moved the dehumidistat down to 55% to mitigate the over 60% humidity level.
6/11/18: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the dehumidistat up to 55% from 50% and the thermostat to 78° from 76° in because humidity was lower in your home. Swept up a half dozen of the small little worms.
6/11/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter.
6/11/18: I ran the kitchen sink slowly in order to get some water into the trap without it building up enough. Did not run disposal.
6/11/18: Turned thermostat up 1° to 78° because humidity has been reduced. Watered plants on lanai.
6/11/18: Found several dead inspects under living room pool side window again. Did not sweep up just in case you call pest control company.
6/11/18: Humidity is very acceptable, I moved the thermostat up to 77 degrees. Found a spot in the ceiling where something is bleeding through the paint but does not appear to be wet. The lawn is excessively long everywhere it needs to be cut the photos.
6/11/18: Several pieces of mail could be important, see photos.
6/11/18: Set thermostat back to 78.
6/11/18: The lights were on in the garage I shut them off. I removed all of the batteries from each remote for television sets so they don’t corrode. The fans are on and both guest bedroom I feel there’s really no need but I left them on as that’s how you left them. There are no batteries for back up on the thermostat I cannot tell whether system is running when noone is here. I seen when no batteries exist the system doesn’t run, it just depends on how it’s wired
6/11/18: There is a wood pecker hole in decorative white block to the right of the front door. The humidity was above what I like to see this happens quite frequently in morning so I set the thermostat to 77° for the next two weeks. Pushed back quite a bit of debris from the front door I’m not sure if the lawn people are blowing bad area as well as could be done.Met conditioned air tech who arrived at 8:12 AM and was finished at 8:35 AM. See photos below all these Items.
