Displaying Are Records 26201 to 26225 of 27897

8/24/17: $100 cash that was on the kitchen counter is now clipped on fridge door.
8/24/17: Humidity is high in the storage room based on the 55 reading on the unit and my hand held meter at over 75
8/24/17: The dehumidifier reads 67 and flashes to CH and red light for bucket full is lit. Cannot determine what the problem is as the tube is dry and bucket is not full.
8/24/17: Set humidistat to 55%, set thermostat to 78 from 76, turned water heater off at breaker.
8/23/17: Ensured the dehumidifier tube had water in it and it did. Weeds growing in stones areas and drive.
8/23/17: Initially could not get HVAC system to cycle. Checked all breakers, found 35 tripped, unrelated to HVAC system. Went out to condenser unit tried tightening wire nuts on wires (see photo below). Found system on when I returned from driving the car.
8/23/17: Painter was finishing up, some sinks, showers and baths had contractor equipment could not perform all tasks. What a transformation, live the floor!! Ran hurricane shutters down then up.
8/23/17: Painter has opened several shutters for light. He/they have moved the primary HVAC humidistat to 45% and the secondary HVAC thermostat to 73. No work has been done today as far as I can determine. When he/they opened one shutter on the right side of home they may have kicked one of the AC evaporation lines as it had come off and dropped down, I reconnected. Some apparent digging in the landscaping probably from an armadillo.
8/23/17: No water to the home, it is shut off at the street and I was unable to turn it on with the limited tools I carry.
8/22/17: Some weeds in landscaping, see photos below. Guest bathroom faucet leaks.
8/22/17: Sprayed hornets nest under mailbox door.
8/22/17: Spot in front yard from tree clippings in front yard being there too long. Yard should recover, see photo below.
8/22/17: Sprayed hornets nest in mailbox.
8/22/17: Items all over the tool room floor and up against the door, see photo below.
8/22/17: Weeds growing in all areas that have pavers.
8/21/17: Turned water to home off at the street because main water valve in the garage continues to leak even when completely closed. Appears no trimming has been done the last few mows of the yard, see photos below.
8/21/17: Tripped circuit breakers: #17 Foyer and #27 master bath. Weeds growing in cracks of pool pavers.
8/21/17: One large plant blown over on Lanai, I put it upright. Pulled a Stayton pest control sign date 8/9 from yard. Weeds growing in cracks of driveway and landscaping should be sprayed. UPS delivery note on front door, see photo below.
8/21/17: Ants from last report no longer seen.
8/21/17: Lawn company is dumping some grass clippings in the corner area just in front of your main water shut off, see photos below.
8/21/17: Master bedroom AC thermostat has no display and I couldn't get it to run while I was there. It was working last inspection. Left water on. Turned on water heater. Turned main AC thermostat to 76 degrees.
8/21/17: Charged golf cart, filled battery cells with distilled water
8/21/17: Charged golf cart, filled battery cells with distilled water.
8/21/17: Weeds in the landscaping are dead, we photos below. No water in bucket under living room ceiling vent. Mark from Ransom Brothers suggested having your lawn company should weed wack the beds.
