Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,323 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/25/17: Missing at least 3 downspout extensions if I recall correctly.
9/25/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. You do have a plant leaning and a tree down on the side.
9/12/17: Master bathroom ceiling and front guest bedroom wall show signs of slight water penetration.
9/25/17: Pre-Irma preparations put in rug, statue, shells and pot. Frank and Terry had put other items in.
9/25/17: Brought in all items from front porch, closed front door shutter.
9/12/17: Good news!! No major visual damage could be found at your condo today!
5/13/14: Your home has no major apparent visual damage from Irma. Your electric is on and your AC cycled while I was there. Ice in the ice tray is still well formed so I suspect the electric was on during or back on shortly after the storm.
9/13/17: Post Irma storm damage report - found water spots on front guest bathroom ceiling, soffit missing and downspout off at back of home.
9/12/17: Post Irma storm report - No apparent visual damage to your condo, you have power and your AC ran while I was there.
9/12/17: Post Irma storm report - No apparent visual damage to your home's exterior or interior.
9/7/17: Pre-Irma storm preparation hurricane shutters up 3/mhrs
9/21/17: Found questionable damage in one former see photos. Put golf cart on charge.
9/21/17: Replaced all Damp-Rid bags in closets
9/21/17: Mold around kitchen ceiling vent. Water spots master bedroom right at ceiling fan. Spot in bedroom on ceiling. Spot in attic where water heater is mounted.
9/21/17: No display on alarm box in front hall. Alarm box in bedroom continues to beep and reads Call For Service. Cannot set alarm. Plugged golf cart charger in.
9/21/17: Spots on ceiling in master bedroom along interior all just inside the doorway. All under the light switches water spot to floor. Paint bubbled mid wall.
9/21/17: Had a difficult time starting Fiat
9/21/17: Replaced Damp-Rid bag
9/21/17: Replaced Damo-Rid bags in car.
9/21/17: Garage door opener does not work. Visual check of the car found light mildew on tops of seats and headrests wiped off. Damp-Rid container only half used.
9/21/17: Laundry on floor in utility area, a spot on living room ceiling was there before.
7/27/16: Meet Galloway Roofing at 8:30am to gain access to interior for leak determination. They arrived at 8:45am left at 9:00am back at office by 9:20am
9/19/17: Set thermostat to 80 from 82, with lower temps outside the AC is not running as frequently to draw humidity out of the air. No screens damaged on lanai, no pools of rain either.
